Superb Service! Came in on a Friday afternoon with 9 boxes going to three different addresses. Alex was very patience with me and got me in and out! Over the weekend, i had a mishap with the receipt but still needed it for business reconciliation purposes. I spoke with general Fedex customer service rep and she wasn't able to help me. I called the store, spoke to Alex again, and he went above and beyond to find the transaction and email me a copy of the receipt! Thank you Alex!

I came in yesterday to print and ship out some packages. Nia and Alex were so patient and attentive through everything I needed. They took a stressful situation and made it easy. I was pleasantly surprised because guest service at FedEx locations are so hit or miss. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Only downside to this location is parking is extremely limited with all the legacy traffic and movement

Very sad that this location is so understaffed and so incredibly slow. Every address they type in for shipments takes at least 10 minutes to enter (not joking). I stood in line for 25 mins just to pay for a couple of self serve laminates. Just not worth the trouble of going to this location.

I've had to visit this location several times this week to ship out various packages. Both Alex and Nia have been extremely helpful and courteous, and they've answered any questions I've had.

Only Fedex would require a state ID and say it i a federal law. When you look it up they were the carrier involved in the Austin Bombing and try to protect themselves after the fact. Not really an ideal scenario for a walk up location. Store manager took time out of their day to call me and argue with me. What a total waste of time.

These guys were my lifeline for my wedding recently! I think I was in and out of here like 30 times before and after my wedding. They printed (and recommended) everything from my invites to my signage and they all turned out wonderful. Couldn't have done it without them!

Spoke to Mario D. the manager and Hannah C. about a recent order I placed and they refused to give me a discount for the order they messed up. Causing a delay in the order, costing me an additional $200 to get the order completed!!! I would like a discount off my $700 order that I placed with you all. Order No. 231700W91

I received a notification that my package was delivered to me on 11/10/19. I call FedEx to figure out where exactly it was delivered since I did not receive anything. The lady in customer service told me it was delivered to the mailroom which I thought was weird considering that a large baby bath tub could not fit into an apartment mailbox. I check the mailroom to find that the bathtub was sitting in the middle of the mailroom floor for anyone to take. There was damage to the box and looked as if someone attempted to open the box. I called customer service to file a complaint only for him to make excuses as to why the driver left the package there. He could have left it in the leasing office, we have parcel lockers designed to place package or worse case scenario he could have brought it back to fed ex for me to pick up! I am so disgusted in FedEx and their inability to want to improve or take responsibility for there actions.
