Ive have had amazing service in the past. Called in with an issue today: Poistion purchase price recorded incorrectly on every instance: FATP, Web and Ph App. I explained it to the rep 6 times but she failed to grasp the symptom. I think she was going off a script, kept repeating same possible R/C even after I explained it wasnt my issue. She went to get auth to make a change then came back and wanted to walk me through assigning lots. The good news its only a reporting problem. My account balance is correct. Zero help

Nothing good to say about this location. They are late for every appointment I made with them. Honesty is also not their policy. Takes hours to complete simple transactions. Very difficult to do business with.

Their customer service (via the phone) is HORRIBLE. 4 hours on the phone and nothing got accomplished. Two reps could verify identity no problem. The other two couldn’t. Waste of time .Came to this branch and the employees were great, courteous and got me exactly what I needed in minutes. I was shocked how different the two experiences were. I feel a little bad about closing the account but over the years their phone CS has always been terrible. Got in and out of this branch with everything I needed in minutes.

I believe the people working here are bit lousy. They messed up with my requests multiple times. Till now, I had them messing up 3 times on different occasions. The customer service rep were very courteous and good to talk. However, after visiting, I checked the updates, it was messed up. Once they deposited amount in different account even when the check had correct account number. Other time, they lost my request while updating only half part. Online customer support person is far better. Any fidelity customer support person can see the trail of my mess up that these branch people have done. I hope they correct the staff. I'm a long time client of Fidelity.

New client, late getting there and clueless as to what they actually did and did not do (i.e. they are not a bank ?♀️) .. I was able to get a rep on the phone that actually was able to reach the guys there at the Legacy branch I was headed to, they waited for me to get there, they were polite, all smiles and informative. Now I know. ? Definitely recommend Fidelity.

As a couple others have mentioned, they have very poor customer service. Not sure why they employ 5 people there when they just tell u to put the check in the deposit box. Your customers come in to deposit a check and expect it done immediately and be handed a receipt. The way the customer service is there, don’t need the branch altogether and just do virtual meetings for financial planning.

Horrible customer service at the Legacy Plano location. They weren’t interested in helping me make a deposit. I asked for a receipt, didn’t get one, and they told me to put the check in the dropbox. Both front desk people were sitting around, doing nothing and yet neither one could give me the time of day.

Do not by any means trust them with your money. after being a client for a year they closed my account without me asking them too. Then they stole my money forcing me to prove my identity faxing them 4 separate proofs of identification. I spent 10+ hours on phone with them to get this option. They fraudulently took my money then made it seem like they were protecting my account from fraud asking me for all this to get my money back. You will prove your identity when you make a account. You will fund the account with your bank information. Then at any random time they will choose to deactivate your account and hold your money till you fight for them to give it back to you. Do not trust them at all Merrill lynch has never treated me this way. I can’t believe this at all, I’m reporting you to everywhere I possibly can.

We are extremely thankful to Mason and the team at this location. He saved us so much trouble after I had issues rolling over my check. After getting nowhere for 6 months, Mason managed to fix our problem in roughly 20 minutes. Thanks Mason and team!

We have been using Fidelity products for many years. In the last several years, we have begun to take advantage of a yearly meeting with an investment advisor to review our readiness to retire. Over the course of time we have had two different advisors and feel we have been treated very fairly, professionally, and with a focus on what is in our best interest to meet our stated retirement goals. We currently are working with Andrew who has gone above and beyond to assist us not only with our specific retirement objectives but has taken the time to address concerns we had with a contemplated housing purchase. He took the time to listen to our plan, ask questions, and render an opinion on where that may put us (obviously subject to market conditions). That guidance help to give us a sanity check as we moved forward and FOUR months later when we had another question, and presented it via email to Andrew, he again took a look at the updates we made to the planning guide and again gave us his assessment. Again this proved extremely helpful and it is greatly appreciated!

Horrible service and the manager is incompetent. I went to the Dallas office and got much better treatment and service. Do yourself a favor and go to the Dallas office instead. These guys are not helpful at all and do not have your best interest in mind.

While Covid is still a thing. The people in the foyer were very nice . They even fetched a cup of coffee for us while we waited for our appointment.

Called them today to try to schedule an appointment and was lied to on the phone. I know that because when I called Fidelity's main office and relayed what I had been told, I was informed that there was no such policy in place at Fidelity. I'll do business with Fidelity, I will NOT do business with this office.
