Anthony and the techs at the Avenue K location in Plano who worked on my car deserve five stars I bought my pre-owned car from a dealership six months ago who alleged checked everything out. Firestone found that my front brakes were dangerously worn down, something the dealership should have caught. Also the dealership claimed they did an oil change in January, but they didn't and there was no oil in my tank, Firestone thoroughly checked my car and fortunately found no damage. As will all my other cars for the past 27 years, I'll be using Firestone for everything for this car as well.

First they always seem to care. The people answering the phones and checking you in are on point, and considerate of my time. The shop guys are busy and not just standing around talking like other locations. This is a customer service location, not just a tire shop. Thank you

Jorge (may be low level employee or may be manager or maybe assistant manager) attempted to sell scam repairs when asking for a Lifetime Alignment request [previously paid for many months ago], secondary to (off-site) replacement of both tie-rods on a 2012 Impala LTZ with F3 [sport] suspension.
Jorge refused to do Alignment, saying the vehicle's steering gear needs replacement. Considering the very major $ difference between these two repairs, what he should have said is:
You need to replace the Inner Tie Rod - there is too much play, rather than the whole steering gear.
The issue is the failure to state cheaper alternative - more appropriate - yet entirely satisfactory repair options.
The issue is Jorge's attitude and words: _The Firestone Brand_ is being cast in a scam light.
You will lose market and profits. Get rid of Jorge. Come across as Honest and Reliable.

Just sitting in my car on the side of the road because I took a car that was running fine and had a leaky hose to get an estimate. They quoted $1200 to change the hose. They did compression test and I told them that’s too expensive they gave me the car back and as soon as I drove down the road my car was overheating and alarm going off!!! My car was NOT overheating at all when I took it there!! They gave it to me WAY worse than I brought it to them! Now I’m waiting for a tow truck! What great service!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I have gone to this location twice now. First the inspection person just left and then now the person that does inspections is too busy doing other things….. ridiculous this place has terrible customer service. Shouldn’t tell people to come back if you’re not going to help! The lady at the counter has no personality and shouldn’t work in customer service. Definitely not wasting my time on this terrible place. Hope yall lose all your customers for crappy service!

Honest and trustful team. I have a really great experience bringing my car in for repair at FireStone on K avenue. They were honest and truthful what actually needed repair/replace. They didn’t try to up charge like other repair shop nor add additional repairs when it not necessarily. They were very up front, didn’t make excuses, and stand behind the repairs.
Definitely will bring my cars back for oil change, maintenance, and repair. (Price is reasonable too.)

Ysenia helped me quickly, was kind and attentive! Women rock. She was able to fill up my tires and had me on my way in less than 3 mins. She should definitely be a store manager and is a self starter.
