The reason was I went to 2 other fieestones in my area and couldn't get my car alignment too busy or other reasons I called the store on 15fth st and the lady was super nice and said there was one car In front of me but could work it in I went there was there for a short time and couldn't be happier

Went to app first and set up appointment. When arrived was greeted right away and had my appointment perfectly, even told me had a coupon I could use. I sat and waited for the service on my car and only took about an hour which was fine. All the service was great and I give an A+ for all.

1. Authorization for the job done under false pretenses of charging phony fees added to the invoice without my verbal authorization after speaking to Alexandro the front advisor, on the phone and in person at the store: Cost besides the warranty items - breaks for the job was $90 for brake fluid part and labor (not taxable). Drove to Plano location since they originally replaced the brake system in 3/2024.
2.The invoice was altered by the shop whiteout my knowledge for the fees of $6.15 prior to my signing the job order not visible on the electronic pad. I am 68 old. Stealing and elderly abuse
3. I was asked to pay the weird amount, overstating the taxes on $90, only to find out from Alex at the front that I was charged also for the “shop supplies" of $6.15.
Mgr. Chris refused to remove the charge showing to my face my signed job auth.
4. Drove to Medical City Dallas with the grinding noise with my brake pedal (10 miles) in heavy traffic.
5. Drove back in 30 minutes after speaking to Alex on the phone about the grinding pedal..
6. Alex, the customer tech advisor refused to check on the bad job and unfinished job on my SUV, did not call the mechanic 3:00 PM to check either. Stating checking on the problem was not his job!!!
6. When arrived back to Plano, the tech who worked on my brakes was hanging out with Alex with his buddy looking at the new buddy's truck on the parking lot.
7. Alex asked me to go into the office, meanwhile the tech left the shop, and Alex spent 20 minutes with another customer ahead of me who could not use her CC for $18 inspection.
The tome and the safety was of the essence, so offered to pay for the customer inspection. It was a sad picture at the counter.
8.Alex never called another mechanic available at the shop to check what was wrong with the grinding, pedal after the full brake job was "completed by this shop". He deliberately stall the process , and made me waste my time, gas and money, putting me him danger with the SUV grinding noise.
The most disrespectful scheming front desk mgrs.
Chris the manager stayed on the phone in the back hiding, since Alex told him I was coming beck!
8. I feared for my safety, since I have never experienced such noises, and my brakes have been replaced in this shop in 3/2024. I stopped at another location on Spring Valley shop to find out that the tech in Plano did not seasoned the new brakes pads to the ne rotors, thus the grinding pedal for 20 miles while I was driving.
9. I am a 68 year old elderly: shaming cost on my invoice = A:stealing/ extorsion- refused to remove the phony charge
B: elderly abuse
10: The charge pad has forced donation messages while you pay. The company must donate all the phony charges they scheme on the customer's invoices without the customer approval - " The shop supply"

I had a flat tire on Christmas, fixed it with fix a flat for a temporary fix and brought it up to this shop to get a new tire. I was told an hour wait and ended up waiting 2.5 hours. After my company approved the purchase, I was told they weren’t able to fix it because they couldn’t find the hole in the tire. I explained I had temporarily fixed it with fix a flat, but was given the same answer. This puts my life and others in danger since I drive 2000 miles a month in this car. I’m still unsure as to why they wouldn’t change it. I’ll never go back and suggest you find a place that will actually perform the work for you without wasting your time.

Thank you Firestone Plano/15th for answering the phone early on a Sunday morning before you even opened. I awoke with a flat tire and Jamie was quick to set up my fleet maintenance too..oil change, tire rotation, and air/cabin filter change out.
Firestone Plano/Park is closer, but we never seem to get them to answer phone. Solid work by Jamie and crew and we’ll be back with our other few vehicles…

Chris manager is very friendly, throughly answered my questions and took great care of my vehicle needs. Great job. Highly recommend Firestone for best service received today.

good evening, I really went to that store for 2 tires for my jeep, they offered me the installation and balancing, that day I couldn't install the tires and I left the next day and the manager's response was to install 2 tires, I had to wait 3 hours which is an abuse,,,,, I asked for a refund for the frame and balancing according to the manager, he did it but in a very bad and rude manner he practically ran me out of the store and I even bought on 10/15 and that's it in November and none of my $58.33 of truth on my part neither bought nor recognized said franchise
