I drove 8 hours to get to Plano for a wedding, and my check engine light came on. Chris, one of the workers, did a great job fixing my car and updating me throughout the service. I was recommended this Firestone location, and I can see why! I am very grateful for the timely service!! Thank you Chris!!

Crazy pothole destroyed my tire. I had to pullover at this Firestone, and they put on my spare tire for me, for free. I wasn't even a customer in their database.It was a nice thing this place did for me.

We’ve been to this fire stone for multiple years now as a local in Plano and we’ve never had any problems until today. We originally had a vehicle state inspection around a month ago, but never received the inspection paper for it. I called this morning and inquired about it and they informed us that we would need to go in person to get another reprinted copy which I was completely OK with. My mom went ahead to pick up another copy and for context, my mom is a Chinese immigrant with a pretty heavy accent and is not fluent in English at all. She had trouble understanding what the service tech was saying and was confused why they were reinspecting her car when all she was there for was the reprinted inspection report. I asked to speak to the technician and I asked for more clarification as to why the vehicle is being inspected again. In a mildly condescending tone the technician said, “This has been explained throughly multiple times. The inspection is too old and we cannot reprint the report. We are going to reinspect the vehicle for free and provide a new report.” The slight attitude and microaggression was not necessary at all. You can clearly tell from talking to my mom that she is not fluent in English. Therefore, she may not be able to understand, or comprehend your explanation. While I am glad that the problem was resolved today. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, especially with how poorly managed the customer service has been. Please exhibit more patience with your customers in the future; I understand it can be frustrating, however there is a huge difference between you explaining the situation and the customer ACTUALLY comprehending what is going on.

This location ignores appointments.I booked a 3:00pm appointment today for an alignment about 3 hours ahead of time. I received an email saying it was pending and about 15 minutes later another email saying the appointment had been confirmed. When I showed up a couple minutes early for my appointment, I said I was here for my 3pm alignment appointment and the young employee inside said they're all backed up from yesterday and they couldn't get it done until about 7pm.He lied about the appointment system, saying the system just automatically confirms appointments and their location has no knowledge of them, no ability to confirm appointments, and no ability to call or email me to tell me they can't honor my appointment. I called another location and was told that it's their responsibility to pay attention to appointments and contact people if they can't or won't hold them. Instead of playing on his phone in the corner when I walked in he should be staying on top of his job duties.

Recently brought my vehicle here. They couldn’t figure out the issue. That’s not the biggest issue. The customer service is horrible. They never call you back when they promise to call back for updates. Each time I had to call. One time I called and they couldn’t “locate” their mechanics that “looked” over my vehicle. Just frustrating when there’s no communication. Don’t want to ever come back to this location.

Everyone in this place is super nice!..gave wonderful discounts for veterans and they work fast..wish I could shout the guy that took care of me but I didn't grab his name. If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend!
