The man working the front desk was very pleasant upon check in. Arturo was the one who provided the actual service on my vehicle today. He was very informative and honest. He was about to leave for the day, but stayed late to look at my vehicle alignment and he was able fix it in no time to get me in and out in less than an hour! Appreciate the two gentleman I encountered for their promptness and kindness!

Another Firestone messed up my car so corporate sent me to this location. Received my confirmation email for Sunday with a reference number included. Show up and the guy at the counter says I have no appointment. Explain to him corporate sent me and showed him my email with my reference number. He was rude and said you still have no appointments. And I have no one to look at your car. So they break my car lie to me, then corporate never calls me back then I treated like crap at another location. Call Corporate back they said we will create another file for you and have someone call you. I just want my car fixed that they broke.

When you stop in, ask for Rusty! From the initial phone call asking about services, to completing the work, he provided great customer service. Explained all work in detail and I left with zero questions. Grateful to find a trustworthy place for all my future car needs.

Rusty and his crew are polite, knowledgeable, informative in Layman's terms in a no pressure environment. All four vehicle in my family use Rusty exclusively unless it is out of their scope of service. This is based on a 10+ year relationship.
If it is not already, this shop should be used as a training facility for Firestone.

Turned me away from service even though it was before close, because they were too lazy to do it. Ridiculous. They were just sitting down watching the clock. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Since Rusty has come to our location everything has been so much better. We trust him completely and the workers are all well qualified, courteous, helpful, and kind. The shop is clean and runs like a well oiled machine.

came in 30 min before closing and asked if i could get oil changed and employee said “ no we are about to close.” there were no other customers. I didn’t know an oil change took so long

Literally stopped in to see if they could help me loosen up three Lugnuts on my tire, which would take them 30 seconds with their gun. The guy told me he wouldn’t be able to do this until sometime tomorrow. What great customer service I will definitely never bring my car to this shop.
