did see ice to fix TPMS sensor 3-4 months ago and sensor came back on again erroneously - took in for service and now being told taht all 4 TPMS need too be replaced and previously on ly 2 were replaces - when asked why previously only 2 were recommended an done - answer was a curt: it was under previous management" !!!

Used these guys because they were close to my house and I needed tires on my Volvo, I was there for over an hour, never even received a real quote, and they didn't have the tires in stock to begin with..! The crew at this location are horribly trained, and I'm kinda glad I didn't have the tires installed there, probably wouldve left with my wheels falling off if I had. Really sucks cause they are really close to Forest Creek Estates where I stay, would've been nice and convenient , oh well.

Excellent experience! Quick in and out service that was well done. James spent some time with me, going over my vehicle and pointed out a safety concern that I had overlooked. Highly recommended, and I will certainly be back

Jeffrey is absolutely incredible and the reason I come! I always request for him to work on my vehicle, and I can always count on him to take great care of my car and create the most informative experience. Although, the rest of his team never disappoints with how reliable and thorough they are. As a young woman with little to no knowledge of cars, I feel most secure coming here (without my dad!) —knowing I won’t be led astray and will always have the best quality service, and can always easily rely on them without worry.

I installed new shocks on my truck and as a result, needed a front alignment. I booked an appointment and they were able to honor it, and finish the job within an hour and at a very reasonable price.
Will and the team are knowledgeable and professional. Will helped me to better understand the alignment specs, and the things I need to monitor after a suspension job. Super helpful.

The attempts to upsell for unnecessary work / maintenance / repairs has gotten ridiculous. Additionally, the tech said I needed new low tire indicators and I don't. They didn't put enough air in the tires and the light was solid which indicates that all sensors are working (they should know that). I asked about a gasket they said needed to be replaced because they replaced it about 3 years ago. The vehicle is not used very often so a gasket like that should have at least a 5 year life span. When I asked, I was told the parts they get now don't last like they should. Not something that gives me grat comfort. Other recommendations appear to be because there was some dirt or oil UNDER the car! There were no indicators of issues with u-joint or sway bars. Spark plugs were already replaced but not marked in your system, so they were recommended for replacement which indicates, they weren't even looked at but just assumed not changed since it wasn't noted in the system. Have been using for years but will not be back.

Shawn was awesome as always. I called in for an alignment check. Came in and he was able to get it done within 30 minutes. I come to this location even though I pass 2 other FS locations. They always make me feel important and respect my time. Thanks again.

I am always pleased with the service James and his crew provides. They are always efficient, trustworthy, professional, knowledgable, and personable. I see the way he and his crew handle the influx of customers every time I am there and I am always impressed. As a female, it can be hard to find a place I can trust. I fully trust these guys and will not go anywhere else for service.
