The number one reason I keep going back to FCB is simply because of the staff and manager of this location. Mrs. Leonova makes all the difference in my experiences. She is beyond knowledgeable and always ensures that each and everyone one of my questions is answered. Not to mention the cleanliness of the branch and warmth of the entire staff makes for an even more enjoyable bank visit.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this bank. Jessica, went above and beyond to help me with my account. She was incredibly friendly and patient. The entire team always makes me feel valued and well taken care of. I have been working with this bank for 3 years now, and I will definitely continue to go to them with all of my banking needs. Not all heroes wear capes, and Jessica is definitely one of them!
