I had a issue and I called their customer service center and no one would help me so I went into this branch and Deandria Johnson the branch manager was so extremely friendly and very helpful. I feel so much more at ease now about my situation. If you are looking for a new bank go there . They are very helpful. Thank you so much for for help. The whole staff was amazing

I’ve been dealing with this bank for over 5 years and have never experienced this type of behavior from a Branch Supervisor, Jessica Da Silva is by far the rudest most racist person I have ever met. Poor customer service and unprofessional. Definitely closing my account. If you don’t respect me you definitely don’t deserve my money. Jessica do better in life or get another job. 1st Convenience please do something about this is this type of behavior from your staff. I’m mortified.

The physical bank is great and all but their online customer service is ridiculous. Don't understand how you can wait over 3 hours just to speak to someone.

This branch has exceptional customer service. The manager is a true professional. When I was having some banking issue, Diandria went above and beyond customer service to help resolve my issues. I have visited multiple locations but this branch is the best.

I had a really bad experience at a different branch for this bank, and finally decided to go to a different branch. It was the best decision I could have made because the branch manager, Deandria, was amazingly helpful and resolved my 3 month long issue the same day. I highly recommend if you are going to apply for First National Bank to come to this specific branch. Deandria and her team are amazing and will absolutely take care of you!

I like the customer service at this branch. What i dont like is when they say early direct deposit up to 3 days. LIES, its actually 1 day prior. This caused me to lose my insurance coverage. Im switching banks TODAY

I've banked with FCB for about seven years now and usually have zero complaints but at this location there is an older Hispanic lady with short hair who is just rude. The first time I encountered her I told her specifically I needed 20s back. She gave me 100s. When I told her I needed 20s she said "oh we don't have any" and got up and walked away. It was clearly a case of "I don't want to give you 20s and so I'm not going to". Today I went in and as she was cashing my check she asked me about direct deposit. I really wasn't trying to have a conversation with her so I responded "it doesn't matter". She continued to argue with me not picking up on the social cue that I was not interested in speaking to her about direct deposit for my paychecks. Then she responded we have to ask you about direct deposit. And I said "No you don't" and she dropped it. Before I left I asked her to make my deposit available immediately because I needed to pay some bills. She said that was not a problem but then did not make it available immediately. I am absolutely livid at the inconvenience this woman has caused me. I'm not sure why you continue to employ a woman who is so blatantly rude to your customers but I will definitely be calling in and letting someone else know that she is a problem and I will be going back tomorrow to address the situation in person.

Tried to withdrawal money and they literally told me they don’t have it and go to another location. Why is it every time I try to get MY money out from these first convenience banks they treat you as if it’s their money and not yours. Getting a new bank asap.
