I went to a couple stores before this one but I didn't have good luck; then my friend found this place and hands down the best customer service, Jo is amazing so helpful, sweet and kind also dresses are beautiful and affordable so if you are looking for a perfect dress and the best customer service then First Look Bridal is your place!

This was the absolute cutest place with really beautiful dresses. Jossa and her mom were so genuine and sweet, and I’m really glad I ended up buying my dress here so I could support such lovely people! Literally my last stop out of 9 other places. This was hands-down, the BEST shopping experience. Jo and her mom made me feel absolutely beautiful and took their time to help me find the perfect dress. There was no pushy sales pitches or trying to get me into a more expensive dress for profits; they truly wanted me to find the right dress for my big day. I felt like I was shopping with friends. The all-around experience was amazing, all the way down to the little details, with a Polaroid photo that she puts into a frame for you to take home at the end.
Support locally-owned, women-owned businesses, get your perfect dress, and have an amazing experience all in one!

I came to First Look Bridal with no expectations of buying a dress, but I fell in love with the experience and found an incredible gown for a AMAZING price! Jo was the absolute sweetest and most supportive consultant I've had the pleasure of playing dress up with and she pulled some stunning gowns after getting to know my vision.
The store is appointment only and it makes the experience feel so glamorous. I felt like a celebrity, being able to try on gorgeous dresses and accessories in the quiet environment! They provided complimentary drinks, a warm welcome and were very easy to talk to as I expressed my vision likes and dislikes. The changing rooms are so spacious and it was an incredible experience! They also gave me a free framed polaroid, cleaned my dress prior to purchase and offered to steam the dress before my wedding AND provide alteration recommendations!
If you don't go to First Look Bridal, you're doing yourself a disservice. If I could give them a 6star rating, I would ❤️?

My party had a great experience at First Look Bridal! If you've just started your search and are perusing reviews for a shop to book an appointment at, trust me, you're in great hands at First Look Bridal. Jo and her mom are amazing, and the store is so beautiful! I was especially nervous since I don't normally wear dresses all that much, but Jo was incredibly kind, encouraging, and so personable. She gives great advice and recommendations, and breaks down all the options for you. I can't say enough about how great an experience it was, and how awesome Jo and her mom are. Thank you so much!

Oh my goodness! This is the CUTEST place for a bride. My daughter is getting married and we have been to many places. BUT this place is so cute and personable! It is mother and daughter ran small local business. Each room is spacious and private. The rooms are decorated so cute and beautiful. The entry way has an adorable floral arrangement art to take fun photos.
The dresses were very unique, with a very good price for all budgets. More importantly the service was spectacular and above and beyond. They’re honest and did not try to push something that was not in budget or style! It was so quaint and personable. They gave my daughter a cute gift to remind her of her choose. It was so sweet! This is a must go to place. You will not be disappointed!

If you are a bride this is the place to go. The shop is amazing, the mother daughter duo is fantastic, and there is plenty of selection. They made the experience so easy and smooth. What a magical experience! I cannot recommend First Look Bridal enough! There were plenty of amazing dresses to choose from and at a very fair price. I described my dream dress to Jo and she knew the exact dress to pull for me. SPOILER that was the first dress I tried on and it was the one I purchased. Something about a mother daughter team made the whole experience even better. Not only were their dresses beautiful but their personalities made our time there unforgettable. Run, don’t walk to First Look Bridal!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I really cannot recommend this place enough to dress searching brides! Jossa and her mother are SO kind and helpful. They heard my vision and immediately pulled dresses that they knew would flatter me- I didn’t try on one I didn’t like. They put me in a dress I wouldn’t have picked for myself but I fell in love. I keep looking at my photos and videos with a big smile!! I went to two other boutiques before this one and they did not come close in comparison. Also I am typically a size 8 and every dress fit me super well (I had to try on plus sizes at the other stores). Overall 10/10 experience and I am just so thankful I stopped in.

I had an incredible experience getting my dress at first look bridal. The whole experience is so unique and not like any other bridal boutique. They really take the time to get to know you and understand what you are looking for. Both Jo and he mom go above and beyond to make sure you have seen all the options and a well informed about the process.This experience truly was one of a kind and i could not be happier with my dress. Highly recommend this place. It is definitely your one stop shop for your bridal needs!

First Look Bridal was my first time trying on wedding dresses and Jo, the owner, made it such an incredible experience. She made me feel so beautiful and comfortable the entire time! There was a fantastic selection of stunning dresses in all different sizes, definitely mid-to-plus size friendly! She answered all my questions and helped me find my dream wedding dress. I can't recommend them enough!!
