Associate named Angie Acuna is probably the finest and top three personal banker I have ever seen hands down.Angie has off the chart customer service and people's skills and she is very knowledgeable and knows FNBO promotions and offerings extremely well and represents FNBO very well.

Been a customer since November 2019. Never had any problems up until now. I'm a independent contractor. I received funds in my account and went to make a withdrawal. Lady asked me for verification for my deposit. After explaining that I'm independent contractor,she still refused me my funds and also locked my account. I can't even access my other deposit. I feel like I was stereotyped and wrongfully discriminated against. I'm not gonna say anything bad about the corporation as a hold but the Plano,Texas branch on legacy is not the branch to deal with. Everyone who receives a large deposit isn't a criminal
