Just bought a new Explorer Timberline here and we were very pleased with the process. Shawn Khan was our sales associate, and is a great guy. He listened to us and understood exactly what we wanted. The dealership is well stocked with various models, and everyone was extremely friendly. We'll definitely come back to Five Star Ford for our next car.

Just bought a new F150 here and was very happy with how it all went down. Shawn Khan was our sales associate and he was a great guy. He was all about helping us get into a truck and patience with the multiple trucks we had to look at to get the payments where we needed them. The dealership was well stocked with vehicles and everyone was really friendly. When it's time to look at getting a next vehicle, if we are going for Ford again, we will be visiting Five Star Ford first.

I contacted the dealership and spoke with Saul Ramirez regarding a truck I saw on their website.We made an appointment to see the vehicle for the following day. Saul promised he would have the truck detailed and ready for show when I arrived for our appointment.As promised, the truck was spotless and parked right by the side entrance ready to go... We were able to quickly agree on a price for my trade and moved ahead with the purchase.I highly recommend this dealership and especially Saul Ramirez.. Candidly, I hate the auto buying process... However, Saul made the experience painless and quick. Again, highly recommend dealership and Saul Ramirez ! Thanks again for all your help !

Anthony Saenz should teach classes in customer service. Before finding this gem of a man, I contacted 4 other Ford Dealerships trying to get a phaser issue in my 3.5 eco F150 fixed. Other dealerships repeatedly told me it would take weeks to have my truck looked at, and even more to get it repaired.When I called Five Star Ford of Dallas, I was lucky to be transferred to Anthony Saenz. He clearly understood my concerns and treated me like I was his only customer. Throughout my service experience, Anthony kept in close contact with me, updating me at least once per day. All in all, it was repaired in a few days and I'm through the roof sold on my experience with Five Star Ford of Dallas and Anthony. If I ever move out of Dallas, I will drive across the country to see him and have Five Star do all my repairs.I don't know the mechanic who worked on my truck, but he/she did a fantastic job, and it runs and sounds better than when it was new.Thank you for the best service experience I've EVER had in a dealership, Anthony. Jerry, let me ask you, who is responsible for the safety inspection on your pre-owned inventory? You performed $2416.28 worth of repairs because I purchased an extended warranty which is the only reason my car was fixed through your company. Thank you for replacing the windshield that wasn't broken before I left it with you, it was very much appreciated. I inquired about the loan car and was aware of the age restriction my father was going to drive your loaner and I was going to drive his truck but that wasn't the conversation. It was that you never had one available. Meanwhile, I'm stranded. I removed my initial post as agreed but your service department is a far cry from a relationship experience. If you are clueless as to as how bad it is you should try to call your department and you'll find out how difficult it is to even contact someone. Your service could use some work.

I called for service on a 2017 Explorer that I inherited that had been sitting for 3 years. Spencer was absolutely fantastic.She listened to my concerns and my needs, then responded in a manner that was so helpful and understanding.We had one day to complete all the checks, service needs, new tires AND she had the vehicle washed!!She and her team accomplished it and I was able to check that off my list.I cannot speak more highly of Spencer and 5 Star. What an easy, no pressure experience buying my new-to-me Volvo! Shawn Khan was a pleasure to deal with. I knew what I wanted as I had been searching for this particular car w/ the right color combo for a while but he was a great salesman and made the process a breeze! I’d also like to mention the GM of this particular location whose name is also Sean (younger guy) was very on it as well! All told, it was a quick and easy afternoon buying my car. If you are in the market for a Ford or a quality used car, truck or SUV, don’t hesitate to go see Shawn!

DO NOT PURCHASE WARRANTY HERE!!! I came in with a 2018 mustang with roughly 22,000 miles with a check engine light. While I was there, I went ahead and purchased extended full warranty and the warranty salesperson assured me that I was covered 100%, no questions asked. 2 days later, they called me saying I needed a new engine. I said well alright I got warranty so go ahead and do it. My service rep said the inspector needed the engine to be taken apart first before warranty could cover it. I said okay and after 2 weeks with no rental since they said they didn't have any, Ford decided to not cover my engine on warranty in which I had to pay out of pocket. I will be cancelling my warranty and getting my money back since they lied to my face and didn't provide a rental for the whole month my car was in the shop in which it should have been also covered by warranty. Stay away from this place because they flat out lied to me and have no problem doing it. They didn't even offer anything as in reimbursing me or anything like that for my rentals I had to use. This place is horrible and I will never come back here again. You're better off somewhere else as in a 3rd party repair shop.

UPDATE: With 5Star Dallas' failure, I took it to North Central Ford on the same day that my "appt" with 5Star was supposed to be. Not only did they KEEP the appt, they got it diagnosed that day (vs. the "maybe we will get to diagnosing it before the end of NEXT week" that 5Star offered) and got the repair done immediately. Oh, and they delivered it to me so I didn't have to get a ride back to the dealership. So to Mark, the service manager at 5Star that called to try to get me to give them a chance.............I got it diagnosed, repaired and delivered back before you even offered to have me bring it in to get diagnosed. 5Star has lost a customer (and I've been going to them since before they were 5 Star (Middlekauf). Shame they lost a nearly 20 year customer So, schedule an appt 3 weeks ago to bring my 2022 Explorer Timberline in to get a noise from the driver's seat diagnosed (I'm sure it's probably a broken bracket of some sort. Today, receive a call not to confirm my appt for tomorrow, but to advise that they are behind and that I have 2 options. 1). still bring it tomorrow but the "might" be able to diagnose it before end of next week ( no loaner mind you) or 2). reschedule again for 9/20(which I'm sure will result in the same delay). Sorry, I had a scheduled appt. That should have been kept and is horrible customer service. Wasn't even a repair............a diagnostic on what was causing the noise so we could at least get needed parts and warranty approval in place. Refuse to do business with a dealership without any moral compass.

This dealership has a miracle touch. When one loose hope to get what is needed, this is the place to be in. Anna Alison got exactly what I needed for my business and even got brand new vehicle selected from my son! I totally lost a hope to get a new car, everyone told me my credit is not strong enough, but Garry got me 4% big thanks to entire finance department for that!!! I truly appreciate everyone from the bottom of my heart ❤️

We were looking for a new truck and went to Five Star Ford in Dallas. It was a great experience. Sam Sallam our salesman made this such an easy stress free experience. The whole staff there was very nice and accommodating. If your in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommend Five Star Ford of Dallas and Sam Sallam. Go on in you wont regret it.
