Clarissa was awesome as was the repair technician. Quote was quick and easy. I sent my Mavic Pro in and it was repaired very quickly. Great customer service by knowledgeable people who know UAVs.

They received my drone on Dec 12th, but said they did not have it when I called on the 15th. Then, I went to the post office, after checking to see that it was delivered online, and the USPS verified the shipping. Finally, I called on about the 21st to see what was going on. Long story short, they "found" my drone. They said it was a "non-standard" repair, because some of the parts were in the wrong place. It would be $80 just to get the problem diagnosed. Now, I was not expecting the repair to be cheap, but this was not even to fix anything!! Do not send them a drone that anyone else including you have worked on, or they WILL charge this fee. The shipping to the facility via USPS was about 20 bucks. Now, since I am not paying them to repair my drone, they are charging me 50 dollars. 70 dollars later, my drone is still broken, and I should have just had it repaired locally. Would not recommend to anyone.
