I've been looking online for insurance and i always end up going on circles and never getting anything. I finally just called and Lesly, the assistant manager, and she quickly had me insured. She was efficient, professional, friendly, and fast. I'm so happy i called and got a real person that knows what they're doing. Thank you so much. You saved me!

This woman should take a communication course or a normality course or something. She cleaned the food from her teeth with her tongue from the beginning to the end of the conversation. Maybe that day is today, I don't know.

This company is shady at best. They all of a sudden goes up on insurance and only take online payments, which I thought was alright. That's not the case, you can't even log on to update your payment info or even get an coverage card. The website doesn't work. You call the customer service,it sends you to the local office and they tell you they don't know and they can take it over the phone. I thought you guys wasn't taking cash anymore.. and what about the website??? You have to be inconvenienced to go back in the office if you don't want to give over the phone. .. Don't get me on the trash roadside service!!!

1. Unprofessional staff.
2. Ask a question they’ll give you attitude.
3. Unable to actually help or answer questions.
4. Only care about getting rich.
5. No local branches
6. If they don’t like you complaining, they just hang up.

If I could give this place no stars I would! Wendy is highly unprofessional and rude! Went in to get an insurance policy. Went in and she told me I was allowed to get a policy because someone at my address already has a policy. But of course she said it with an attitude! I definitely won’t be coming back to this location!

The lady that answers the phone has horrible customer service cancel my insurance before my due date will not be going to them and would not recommend that anybody uses them will be canceling my service

I called to make a payment and spoke with two woman and I called back spoke with a second woman Wendy she was very RUDE no apology.. lack any type of customer service this use to be a nice place the Customer SERVICE SUCK!!!!!!!!! Don’t go to K Ave location lack ANY customer service!

This Thursday I went to the Frend Loya offices to ask about my policy and they will add a car... I'm very sorry to say this but Miss Wendy was very curt with me, she didn't answer my questions, she wasn't kind at all... I don't understand why they don't love her job. I think that at least you should give a cordial greeting. Remember that your business is thanks to your clients. There are so many policies that we can get in other places. I am disappointed in the staff at the Plano office. I cannot, and I do not want to recommend. this insurer. Sorry but I think we should work with a little respect for customers...

Staff in the store are cold, do not interact with customers much, and wait times are too long. Stores often do not open for various reasons, such as power outages, shop assistants are not available, but there is no advance notice, resulting in multiple visits.

There is a young man here who is the manager, but he is a very bad person when it comes to customer service.So much so that I canceled my policy that I had had for two years with my policy and I canceled it due to their poor service.
