Had an appointment at 9 AM to have an estimator look at damage on my car, and they waited until 9:15 AM to try and call my wife to tell me my appointment was canceled (after I had driven an hour and was already here). I then waited 2 hours until the estimator got to work, only to be told she won't inspect my car because it was raining. Both female employees had an attitude and acted like I was a nuisance. Don't do business with these people

Bad!!!!!!!I'm late for an hour waiting for two pizza orders and they are usually busy outside the kitchen. I don't recommend buying the games locally if they are good.

On Friday March 17 .2023 during closing ?two young ladies that was working that night was very, very rude. No customer service skill at all And the whole time they where talking in Spanish and laughing, but they both spoke English to me. Very unprofessional and rude. Making me sign papers without explaining and playing with a baby. So they can go home and I arrive at 6:20

Last night and today I have tried calling the Dallas Montfort Dr Fred Loya office as well as The Colony office, The Plano office, and the main 1-800 number and get the recording 'we're sorry as all of our representatives are assisting other customers, please remain on the line as we value your call.' This repeats a few times and then automatically disconnects. It's a round robin experience now more common place in so called customer service. Unfortunately there is no '0' Star, so gave them a 1 star review.

My insurance when up because of my area I live in, they told me the refunded my payment my mail but have seen it yet and that was on July 29. But the ladies in the office I attend is very sweet and helpful

I don't recommend it. All those who work there don't want to speak Spanish and the stupid ones bring nopal on their foreheads, but to avoid payment there, if they are good, they should put people who want to work, not mediocre people.

I used this insurance for about 5 years. It went up every year anywhere from $20-$35. Which sorta sucked. And the second I got into an accident they dropped me like a hot potato, and made almost no attempt to inform me of the disruption so I drove around without insurance unknowingly for a few weeks. I would only recommend this place for very short term use, and only if absolutely needed.

I called before driving to this location to receive a quote, I spoke to a lady in the Garland location, she gave me a quote of a amazing price , once I got to the Plano location the price was totally different, not only was a quoted a different price once I got there , it took over 1 hour to finish the entire process , definitely check elsewhere before coming here .
