A big waste of time and gas money. I was expecting the best after I sent him photos of the gadget I needed fixing. After I sent the photos he agreed for me to come in to have it repaired. Once there he took a look at it and refused to service it. I'm like why have me come then? He proceeds to tell me it's not worth his time even though I was willing to pay the $100. Then tells me his whole life story about how he's the best micro solder and his driving racing game. I think what really happened he saw my pics and texts while playing the video game. Didn't pay attention. I get there then seeing it's not a easy fix and he rather stick to his bread and butter fixing video game consoles.

My son's HDMI port went out on his PS5. This guy was great, prompt and professional. Highly recommended if you have the same problem we did! He will definitely get you taken care of.

Had an amazing experience here!! Brought in my boyfriend’s PS5 that was not working properly and he had it fixed in 1 day!! Very kind, professional and upfront about all services/cost and possible issues it could be having. Very personable and definitely takes care of his customers, he even took extra time to give me recommendations to avoid future issues/ shortages.Would highly recommend Gadget guys!!

I needed a minor modification to an amateur radio. Not a repair and I had explicit instructions on what was needed, but I lack the tools and skills to perform it myself. I had everything prepared and in under 5 minutes Gadget Guy was able to get me all set. I'm extremely happy with the service and will certainly keep him in mind for any future repairs or special electronics needs!

Excellent service and communication. I dropped off my Xbox Series X with a HDMI issue, and needed it by the following Friday. I got it back on Monday in working condition. I can't recommend this company enough to anyone needing quick and affordable console repair.

I’m a little disappointed. I really wanted to speak highly of this service, but sadly was left with another issue than the one I came in with. The owner was really nice and got my item done in quick time. The only problem is that I brought my Nintendo lite in due to a glitch LCD screen and it seems like when they replaced the screen I was given a used/ scratched up screen and there was still an area that was not fixed. I’m not talking about just a minor scratch… the entire screen is full of scratches. I paid 100$ for the replacement thinking it’ll be like brand new but it isn’t. Sadly I didn’t even notice it, because it’s not mine, and I took it to get fixed for my cousin. She was the one to notice it and point it out to me. The only reason I even agreed to get it fixed is because upon evaluation he made it seem like it was no big deal to do.. I’m just very disappointed and feels like I wasted my money. As you can see from the before and after videos, it was dropped off with not a single scratch on the screen and we got it back with more than a few scratches. My cousin is not happy. Like sure we got majority of it fixed, but now left with another issue. After spending 100$ I could have just got her a new one lol. I don’t think I’d be able to safety say that I could return to get anymore assistance from this place.

Thunderstorm knocked out my internet on my Xbox. I couldn't connect to wifi or use an ethernet cord. Gadget guy wasn't afraid to take on the job like some other shops and he was cheaper, with less turn around time than sending my Xbox off to Microsoft. Will use him for all my gaming issues going forward.
