I've come here off and on for several years. I like the instruction, I like the heat and how clean it is. I like everything about it. And it's close by.

The experience was amazing! I did the sound bath meditation Friday and beginners yoga Saturday morning. I was more than welcomed and coached very comfortably while being very foreign to yoga. I Loved this experience and will be back ❤️
