The staff is super friendly, never pushy and somehow they always know when you’re hunting for that one elusive medium in vintage soft crewnecks.
This place has turned “running in real quick” into a full-blown ritual. Honestly, if loyalty points were a friendship, we’d be engaged by now.
5 out of 5. Long live the neighborhood GAP.

Worker name Julio or JJ went up to my daughter and told her that she liked her and she is 16 and The worker is above age and she said that he told her “Let me know when you’re 18” I am very disgusted by this type of behavior.

We visited this location often. Easy convenience from parking lot. Get in and out quick. Not a lot of traffic.
Sure hope Banana Republic is nearby too.

I’m not happy with the quality of the tees at this location. They look and feel really cheap. They get stretched out after wearing them for a while. One of the reasons I choose to stick with one clothing brand is for quality consistency.
However, I don’t think Gap delivered with this purchase.

I went to Gap today and it was very clean and well organized, someone asked if my husband and i needed help, once we went to the counter there was a manager there his customer service was at its best he wore glasses and was about 5'8-5'10 he worked 05-25-2024, around 2pm, he was such a nice person i really do appreciate his time and patience thank you.

SO impressed with the staff here. Treated my teenager like an adult, even when she didn't know exactly what she wanted. Extra helpful when I wasn't physically able to run back and forth with different sizes/colors. I don't care what they're paying her, she deserves a raise.
