“I stepped into the store for something very small. However, just in the little time I spent there, the customer service was fantastic. For something small, and for a service the store does not officially offer, one of the floor representatives/cashiers helped spruce up the packaging for a gift for my bestie's birthday using what was at disposal and did that with care. I really appreciated those efforts, and the results. My bestie was pleased. I was visiting from out of town, but if Paper Affair was in my area I would shop there again knowing I'm in good hands.”
