This GNC is the worst supplement store I’ve ever been to. Walked in and nobody was at the counter. After waiting 5 mins he finally comes in, I ask for the buy one get one 50% off Black Friday deal, and says “I can’t do that but I can do 40%”, so of course I leave and check online. Not ONLY does their store offer the products buy one get one 50% off, but there’s actually an extra included 5% discount for in store purchases on it. So they basically tried to scam their way to a 15% increase. Happened 11/21 around 11:50 if the store owner is interested in looking at who worked, I went back in and the employee had once again gone to the back to hide on-the-clock. Embarrassing

“Gone for 10 minutes” - 30 minutes later still gone in the middle of the day on a weekend. Saw 4 customers, including myself, wait and then leave. Losing lots of business!

Worst experience ever! Sign says open till 8 google says 7. I show up at 5 and the door is unlocked and the employee is saying he closed 15 minutes ago. Why was the door open and why wasnt the online website updated...

Worst GNC Store I have ever been to. They don't honor coupons and GNC promotions. They will cancel your order and say the items are out of stock, while its a lie the entire time. They should be Shut down by GNC Corporate.

rude didn’t even acknowledge when I walked in. I was asking if he had the $1 ryse sale and he’s like “how many do you want” i was just wondering if they had anymore flavors because I only saw one. Then he asked again how many I want. i’m like is there any other flavors there’s only one? and he’s like yeah. He then continued to say i’ve been there before and bought preworkout. I’m like no this is my first time here and will be my last time.

This place is franchised I recommend finding an actual GNC store and also check the dates on your supplements vey important customer service here is also trash shouldn’t have to deal with attitude or feel like you’re being rushed they don’t like to answer questions nor feel welcomed coming into the store and always keep up with your receipts No refunds here even if you have proof showing you paid with a credit card

Rude employees. They don’t answer the phone at any time of day. Was told they only sell energy drinks by the case and you aren’t allowed to purchase individually.

Worst experience. I've been a GnC customer for 6 years, this store was a Horrible experience. Do not do business here. I was trying to exchange a product for a different flavor. At first I was told if I didn't have the receipt I won't be able to return it. I was like, okay i understand, moments later I search through my car and found my receipt. I came back to the store and now they are telling I can return with or without a receipt. The return policy states you can return any product under 30 days , I had purchase my item a week. The manage Gregory Williams is a man who I would not recommend to do business with.
