Being A place to help the community in need today at 8:30 pm. Libby was not helpful and over charging me 5 glasses. Libby explained They accidentally miss labeled the price and I explained I shouldn’t have to pay more more because you made an error pricing it after all these are donations and this is a place it’s supposed to help people and you’re wanting to overcharge me or not help. I really wanted the glasses so I ended up paying five dollars more than I should’ve because they’re the ones who is priced. This is really sad because all of these are donations and she wasn’t even gonna help. Libby needs some customer service and empathy.
Thank you for responding, I would like to contact you to find ways to improve Customer Service and really help the community rather than price be the issue.

Employees steal most of the good inventory. They should change the name to Goodsteal. Several employees have booths setup at plazas flea markets where they have tens of thousands dollars of merchandise. Surprised upper management lets such blatant theft and felonies go by unnoticed.

No respect from employees. I was told "we don't take those!" when I pulled up. That's gratitude for you. "Beggers can be choosers" at its best here.
The employees also have no clue. They told me they don't take furniture and said another location does. Went there, was told they don't take furniture either. I just dumped it in their alley- let them deal with it.
Also, this company is for profit - read up on the owner. Donate to Salvation Army on K Ave. Lesser of two evils.

It is HOT in here! I usually stay shopping in goodwill for about an hour or 2 but the temperature in this store is unbelievably hot and I left 5 minutes after. I felt bad for the employees in this store. And prices are too high for some used clothes!

Standard goodwill with a fun selection. Great staff, some slightly subpar organization (men’s pant sizes were severely shuffled, but I didn’t mind). I liked it here and it wasn’t overly busy on a Sunday. I’ll most likely be back.

Semi-fair prices, clean store. Awesome employees However, the manager who walks around is very condescending to some of her employees. Talks to them like 5 year olds. I can’t imagine being talk to that way. She even did it to some of the volunteers. Girl, get off the power trip and you may get more respect and productivity out of those under you.

Surprised by the negative reviews. We've been here three times and have been satisfied.
Last went about a month ago and found plenty of items with good prices. Some items were pricier, they were obviously more stylish or newer so I would expect to pay more for them. Even those items were still cheaper than a department store. Some items we put back because they cost more than we were willing to pay, but we still found many items worth buying.
We found one item without a tag that we wanted and asked an associate to price it while we still shopped. She was very nice and helpful. Got the item tagged and even told us it may even come down in price next week with the new sale. They put items on sale based on how long they have been there (tracked by tag color)

Clean and organized and fair prices. Before today I would have absolutely rated 5 stars, but unfortunately today I witnessed what I presume to be a manager, older lady with brown hair, being extremely condescending and rude to an employee and talking down to him- in front of customers? I try to believe that the corruption of Goodwill as a corporation is isolated within the higher levels of the company, but it has clearly trickled down to the store management. This goodwill is one of my favorites due to the friendly and helpful employees, pay and treat these amazing people what they are worth! Sad and disappointing.

Do NOT come here. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional staff. No dressing rooms but assured me with tags and receipt I would get a full refund within 7 days. Brought it back a few days with receipt (jeans that obviously you have to try on) and they were rude, accused me of lying about being told that by their own associate. Another man told me “he’s only been here a month, he wouldn’t know” as if that’s my fault? Being accused of lying as a customer is absolutely disrespectful and I’ve never been treated how I was at this store, at any store in my life.
