Selam is amazing! My family has been getting their hair cut with her for the past 5+ years. She is always very polite, professional, and just does an all-around, wonderful job with both men's and women's hair.

Terrible. She rushed through my cut in 10 minutes and gave me a bush instead of a fade. It looks awful. I want a refund.

If you guys don’t know how to cut the hair so please tell us befor messed up our hair I came to cut my hair us long layers but I didn’t see any difference just my hair was too short and I told her to do not cut too much because it’s been tow years I didn’t cut my hair I was waiting for very good hair cut but no I just last my hair I really didn’t like the hair cut I hate short hair this not layer it is just short please next time let the people know that you guys don’t know how to cut long hair

I had gone to a different salon where my hair was absolutely butchered. 1inch off turned into 3. It was not good. Went into to Great Clips hoping someone would be able to fix it. That’s when I met hairstylist Selam. Amazingly kind woman who told me it could be fixed. Took the time to explain everything to me and fixed it. My hair no longer stuck out or was frizzed. Thank you so much for fixing someone else’s mess while giving me dignity again. I will definitely be a return client to her! Thank you again Selam for everything you did and said to make me feel better about myself again!

Horrible place to get a hair cut. Hair cut schools have better Barbers/hair dressers than this place.
Have a big sign outside (hot air balloon style) advertising $14.99 hair cuts. But charge full/regular price inside.

**False Advertising and Language Barrier**
We stopped at this place because they have a big balloon advertising haircuts for $14.99. However, when we went in to get haircuts for our two kids, we encountered a lady who didn't speak English. She then informed us that the actual price for haircuts is $17.99. When I mentioned the sign outside, she shrugged and said it’s just to get people in, but the real price is $17.99. This is blatant false advertising. Don’t go to this place.

I had a lady with half blonde and half brunette short hair cut my hair today. After she was rude at the computer at my sign in, I noticed her slurring her words (this wasn't alarming because some people talk different). I should have left right then though. I'm not sure if she was on meds, or intoxicated, or sick (benefit of the doubt), but this is my hair. She had already made a cut when I noticed her mannerisms so I stayed. At one point she tested her arm on my head Trying to cut a layer I guess. I will NEVER be back here or possibly to any Great Clips. I have never had an issue. I noticed the reviews After I went. I don't check reviews on places Ive had success with in the past, but she has several reviews of not doing a good job so I am surprised she is still there. Needless to say, I have an appointment elsewhere for an emergency shape up before I leave for my vacation!
