Nice, clean and convenient location. The staff is friendly and always welcomes their customers. I always see Hieu for my haircuts and have been seeing him for the past 5 years. Never had a complaint or a bad experience with him.

I’ve been coming to this Great Clips location for many years, and every single visit has been an excellent experience. The team here is always so welcoming, and they consistently do a fantastic job. My wonderful stylist, Kelly, is absolutely amazing—she makes me feel right at home, like I’m with family. We always have great conversations while she works her magic, and I’m in and out in no time. Thank you, Kelly, for always taking such great care of me!

Hi There. Greetings. Today I had a fantastic experience at Great Clips located at the intersection of COIT and Legacy near Sprouts in Plano.
Kelley Lo efficiently checked me in and cut my hair expertly. Thank you, Kelley.
The associate at the counter quickly checked me in. Hyieu Nguyen did an amazing work of cutting my hair. He was very efficient and in 10 minutes it was done.
Definitely a A+ experience

I took my two granddaughters to have their haircut and one had a little Bob haircut. Just absolutely adorable on her and my older granddaughter. She had about 4 inches cut off the back of her hair and a couple layers put in the ladies were very personable and great with my grandchildren and I appreciate that good job ladies.

If you really want to look like 2 different new persons from each side after going in for a haircut and beard trim, you are welcome here!
While this is not the first time I am visiting this outlet, I see they are intentionally employing aged and old people on the job so that the customers will adjust and not escalate the mishaps they do.
They are not able to do a simple haircut or a beard trim. While my haircut looked terrible even after giving clear instructions , my beard trim made me literally look like 2 different persons from left and right. The person who did that was not even able to see such a big blunder and he was trying to justify it! I finally had to come home and do some trimming and shaving myself to set it right.
Not mentioning the name of the person here, since it doesn’t make a difference, the entire staff is like that. Run away in the opposite direction when you find this outlet and never ever enter here!

Second time I’ve been and here and twice my lineup has been a wreck . I asked the guy to line up around my ears as close to them as possible as last time he (same guy) trimmed way too high. Same result this time.……
I hate leaving a negative review but if you can’t follow a simple ask and make the same error twice ?……
Definitely last time I’ll be coming here
Gonna have to go elsewhere and have them shave it down, yet AGAIN!!
