Flat out misled. Had a coupon for a $10 haircut. Told it would be accepted if not expired. Date was 8/23/24, expired 8/30/24. After haircut, put in coupon, she said it wasn't accepted at this location. i wanted to verify before the haircut but just said if it's not expired, it was good. It was a flat lie.

I’m really disappointed with the service at this salon. My son had his haircut there last week, and it was a complete disaster. The stylists clearly had no clue how to use scissors properly. The cut is uneven and choppy—definitely not what we expected. We left the salon feeling frustrated and upset. I would not recommend this place if you want a decent haircut. We won’t be coming back.

I will never take my kid's to this location. This is the worst experience one could ever get.
My son is on spectrum and we specially told them on phone that if you can provide haircut to those kids then we can come.
The guy was very rude and he made this experience horrible for my son. He got a big cut on his neck.
If you are not specialized for these kids please please let the parents know in advance. They really need to improve their customer service.

I got poor cut by one of the lady. When the note says 1/2 inch, she cut three times 1/2 inch and says that she cuts only 1/2 inch and ended up with bad such short cut and I need not go there for another 2/3 months. This is one way of bring down the revenue. Hair cutting is Art and it is not race. Hope she realize and improve in the upcoming days. I kept 4 star, considering others and overall experience.

This a new location to me and my first time trying it. Walked right end and no wait for a stylist nor did I have a choice in stylist either. However the lady that cut my hair did a great job and was very nice to talk with. A lot better service and haircut than SportsClips in Frisco, TX.

Good salon and decent service. Better to book an appointment and then visit. Be sure to make requirements very clear to avoid any surprises at the end. Some folks like to wrap up fast so be aware and be vocal.
Update: Last few visits have been pleasant. Seems management is taking feedbacks seriously. I've now recommended my friends to this place as well.

Recommended for people who don't want to sacrifice half their holiday for a haircut.
Yoko understands Asian hair types.
It will give you the desired length in a short amount of time.
The good thing about this store is that it is reasonably priced and can be completed in a short time.
