New to Frisco, so needed to get my son a cut. This was the worse cut he has ever received. The blend is horrible, and it looks like someone played in his head. It takes a lot for me to complain, but this is a lot. I am honestly wanting my money refunded, because I have to get it fixed elsewhere.

The experience was amazing!!! The staff was so kind. They were super engaging and fun. Not only that, the haircut I got was super professional and well done❤️🎀. Shasreka was stylist and she was AMAZING. She even taught me to style my hair.

Friendly stylists and they're good at what they do. Usually not a long wait when you check in on the app. What more can I say. I like this specific location best out of the several I've been to in the area.
