I always have a good experience at this shop. I believe the mechanics to be knowledgeable and efficient. I love that they give you a free Lyft to and from a destination of your choosing so you can go on with your life while they work on your car. Their diagnostic is always accurate and their prices, while not the lowest, are still a good value.

I visited the shop about 3 weeks ago to get my rotors changed. The work was pretty good but the 2 stars reflect the price. I paid over $1200 for rotor replacement only, as you can see in the screenshot, my brakes were good but; even if they were not, that is still a steep amount. According to Kelley Blue Book, parts and labor should not exceed $600 for all four brakes and rotors. Also to add, if these were top notch parts, I was not given different options to choose from. I am not trying to talk bad about the business because they are good at what they do; however, I do think there are places to get work done on your vehicle that are accurate to the amount it takes.

Tremendous service! Jordan has taken care of a 120K mile service, oil leak, exhaust leak and tire pressure sensor replacement for my Subaru. He even found a nail in my tire I hadn't noticed and saved me a future headache with that. They are extremely competent in all the work they do. Bids are given ahead of time and pricing is reasonable. They have answered any questions as to why something should be fixed, risks of not fixing it, etc. I don't know much at all about engines and feel completely comfortable asking for things to be explained. I could not be happier. Thanks guys!

Was able to get an honest diagnosis of the problem and given a written quote that was broken down. Fast, friendly, and fair service. Did not feel like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. Definitely recommend and will be back for any other services I may need.

Under new Management- Had a wonderful interaction with the new manager today who seemed to be caring, willing to work through some former issues and get my truck back to me asap. Hopefully they can finish what I brought it in for, adjust the neutral safety switch making the transmission shift tighten a transmission fluid line so it didn’t leak and replace the key with a new one which should make it run and drive. I hope by the end of the week this will be a raving review about how honest they are and the quality of the work like no other shop around is.

I have had poor luck with mobile techs. I have been looking for a Brick and Mortar building where I can take my Ambulance to, for service, The mobile guys have taken me for the money and not returned to fix things. Major has been on my side calling and making sure things are going well. I have other maintenance needs and will surely be taking the rig back for the rest of the needs.
