I've been taking my business to Heller Automotive for 20 years. Always reliable , easy to work with and a fair price. They take pride in their work, are fun people to get to know and you know they aren't going out of business any time soon. I love these guys.

I took a 2004 silver Toyota RAV4 here for a pre-purchase inspection and I'm so glad I did. It was going to need $1600 in repairs and just not worth the price they were asking. Heller gave me a detailed description of what needed to be done along with pictures. It helped me make an informed decision and not get suckered into paying more for the car than it was worth. I hope whoever else looks at this car gets an inspection done first. Well worth every penny!

Got me sate inspection done here and the service is great and so is the price. The owner was a bit cocky but I actually appreciate that because he probably worked hard to buoy a good reputation that he has. I will own a restaurant in a few years and if ya really good I will probably be the same. I will most definitely be back because the walk don't talk.

This review is for my experience getting an inspection only.My usual place I take my cars for inspection (Parker and Jupiter) closed, so I was looking for another place nearby. Searched on Google and found this place, which had good reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. I was greeted when I entered, provided them info, and they completed the inspection in about 20 mins. Staff was friendly and they had coffee in the waiting area.

I brought my car in because the air conditioner was not cooling properly. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. The owner did not try to sell me a repair I did not need. He explained what was wrong and gave me my options. I also appreciate the fact that his shop is very clean. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in his business.

Can I give TEN STARS to an auto repalr place?! I was referred to Chip at Heller Automotive to have a vehicle looked at. Chip was thorough, honest, and provided options -- once of which meant that he would not be getting the repair business and we would go another route. I also appreciate that Chip will tell me if I need the repair now or I can put it off for a while without harming the car. While I live in Fort Worth area, I will always make the drive to Heller to have my cars worked on.

I bought what I thought was the perfect car until I got into the fine print. Seems Carl, who I've know for twenty years, was telling me one thing and writing down another. I paid full price for the car he had assuming he was going to get the $4000.00 promised for my trade in when in fact he had no intention of doing that. Instead he got whatever he could and added two $500.00 amounts to the down payment as deferred to cover the $1000.00 warranty he added because he wanted it on the car to protect himself. Several months later when I found out he had not received the $4000.00 for my trade and still intended to charge me for the warranty I did not want, it was when he and his wife came to my house to try and take the car. You see there were two cash payments he forgot to credit to my account. Fortunatly I had the receipts and he had to go away without the car. Then, I called the warranty company and cancelled the warranty. What happened next was worse. The credit for the cancelled warranty was $740.00 less a $25.00 charge bringing the total credit to $715.00. Unfortunatly the credit goes back to the dealer so I had no control over the money. Now I am still trying to workout the payoff. . .
