One of the worst car rental experiences I’ve ever experienced, when they don’t have car why the hell you accept bookings. The behavior of white person is worst as if he is doing a favor by informing us that there is no cars available also this person is not even helping in canceling the booking . I appreciate the help of the black guy really nice and respectful helped me to cancel the booking also made sure that my booking is canceled. I was fasting that’s why I didn’t wanted to get angry on anyone but the white guy working there needs to be fired asap.Disclaimer:- I don’t know there names that’s why I am referring them by color

I have never been spoken to-or should I say, berated, the way I was on the phone call I made today. It sucks to report abusive service here, only to see responses from the person who inflicted it! Kelly, you are the most vile, rude, disgusting sorry excuse of a manager I’ve ever had the misfortune to speak with! I called to ask a question to confirm that I had all I needed prior to my pick up date. Nothing more.. and I was repeatedly interrupted, yelled at, and spoken to as of my business wasn’t wanted or valued! I have contacted corporate and will continue to contact whomever I need to in order to ensure that you are never in a customer service position ever again. You should be terminated immediately! Disgusting!

Worse than useless. Arrived here to pickup a rental reserved by my dealership only to be told I was on some "do not rent list". When I called the customer support number the branch manager gave me, they told i was clear to rent, I even had the hertz branch manager talk to his own Rental suspension dept, but no dice. Each Hertz rep points to the other to solve the problem, leaving me with no resolution and no car :-(. Got a distinct wiff of "Not my job" attitude from everyone, especially the branch manager Kelly.

They gave me a car with 2/3 fuel in it. I made sure before I left that they knew this, and that I only had to bring it back with the same amount. I did, yet I was charged several gallons for not returning it completely full.Also, I had the car for 3 calender days, yet they charged me for 6. I cannot get ahold of an actual person on the phone to get them to fix it.Complete crooks that work here.

I rented a car in May. Paid for it, and a few days after returning the car I was charged for my tolls and charging fee's ($112) and that should've been it. Every single month since, Hertz has taken small increments of money. I didn't notice until they just hit me with a $75 charge. I immediately called my credit card company and they saw all the small charges I've been hit with by this company and flagged them all as fraud and are investigating/getting my money back. Do NOT give this company your credit card information. ONLY use a pre-paid card that you plan on throwing away after renting from them. Disgusting thieves.

I always rent cars from Kelly at this Hertz location for almost a year now. Kelly is most professional, helpful and kind, He always got a car for me :).This location is very convenient for pick and drop off. There are variance of car to choose and most of them are brand new!

I was absolutely pleased with the assistance that I received from this location! Natalie was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and quick!I had a really bad experience at a different Hertz location. The car provided from that location was awful (rattling noise from underneath the car and breaks squealing). And, though I communicated my safety concerns to that location, there wasn’t a sense of urgency or really concern with getting me into a new vehicle so I was referred to the Plano West location.I am so glad that I was referred to this location. Natalie was awesome! She understood my concerns and she was able to get me into a better vehicle hassle free. Please keep up the good work!I will definitely visit this location again when I am in need of a rental.

Well I rented an SUV almost 2 months ago. Everything with booking was fine but the SUV wasn't ready when I arrived. That was fine because I was about 5-10 mins early. The gentleman said he had to prepare the car and he would bring the car around when he's finished. When I signed the paperwork he told me all of the does and don't of the vehicle. No pets, glitters, smoking, etc. Well when I get into the SUV there is a really strong odor. An order so bad that I put one of my car fresheners in from my SUV. When I opened the back cargo area it clearly had an animal in there previously because it had small white pet hairs in there. I called them to inform them of the pet hairs, odor, and the overall condition on the cars interior. I was not happy at all. While driving the maintenance light came one several times and when I call to inform them of the light he said it was from an oil change and they forgot to reset it. I return the SUV with no problem. Today, almost 2 months later, I receive a toll invoice. I know for a fact I shouldn't have tolls because I don't use tolls in my own car. So I look into the charge and it's a charge from Illinois. I rented this SUV to drive from Texas to Florida. I tried to call but they're closed. I'm so disappointed with this entire Hertz experience. Do better!!

Zero Star for the old lady's attitude and customer service.Yesterday, was my first visit to Hertz West HLE location. Highly disappointed with the customer service provided by an old lady at front desk. She kind of insulted me and my friend and was very rude banging doors on face. I have never experienced such a service in my life. Saddened with the experience and the same was running in my mind whole night.Whilst, I really appreciate two more employee's "Nat" and "Kelly" for their extraordinary service in resolving the issue and helped me avoid over charges on my rental vehicle.

Locations has been helpful and friendly but be sure to add the rental car to your toll tag if you use the toll roads in Dallas. $10/day fee if the rental car touches a toll road otherwise. feel like this should be better communicated up front.

Can’t thank the employee at Hertz enough for the upgrade which we needed. His professionalism was superb and was very helpful when deciding what insurance to add in. He even remembered where we were heading when we turned the vehicle in.This place was cheaper for the same vehicle than the other places we looked at even cheaper than our company discount.
