Recently purchased some new Klipsch speakers and needed a cable upgrade. Vu (owner) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide which cables to use and how to best configure them to match my speakers. He listened to me and delivered way beyond my expectations! If you are interested in any audio equipment, don't look any further for the ABSOLUTE best hi-end audio company in Texas (and beyond) to trust and conduct your business with. If I could give a higher rating that 5 I would.

Bought from Vu on Audiogon, honest, up front, and knowledgeable guy. Trusted him to guide me the right direction and he came through big time, the amp I bought pairs perfectly with my Magnepan 20.7’s!

You won't find a better high-end audio store in North Texas. Period! You'll see the big brands here: Cardas, Bowers & Wilkins, etc. But you'll also find unique and interesting brands from across the globe that you may not have previously considered. However, as you've read from the other reviews, what separates this store from the rest is the incomparable service you'll receive from Vu—a friendly and uber knowledgeable man with decades of experience who's goal isn't to drain every last penny out of your pocket (we've all been there), but to earnestly help you build the highest quality system possible within your budget. High-end products with friendly V.I.P. service. You'll never find that at the big name stores! Whether you're new to the audiophile world, or you're an old crusty veteran like me, you're in good hands with this place. Check it out!

I haven't been this passionate about music in long-time. On a 'shopping day' with my wife I asked to stop by Hi-End and listen to the Rotel RA-12. She agreed surprising enough... I called ahead and Vu asked about my current system, clarified what he had heard, and then set up a room for us with comparable speakers before we arrived. Vu was patient, informative, with no pressure. Vu asked about what I was looking for, my expectations, setup location and helped educate my wife to some of the finer points of higher end equipment. To my surprise after listening for a while (30-45 minutes) my wife said Buy It.... A month later I worked with Vu to purchase a Pro-Ject turntable. Again, he didn't assume anything and asked enough questions to make sure he understood my needs. I can't speak highly enough about the service and experience at Hi-End.
