I bought my mom’s mobility chair from another dealer, but only after 6 months the motor died. After wasting 4 weeks with the repair service of the store we bought it from (whose repair service is incompetent in my opinion) I came across Hieline and made an appointment.
That was the best decision I’ve ever made. They quickly assessed that the chairs motor was the issue and was able to get us a new chair from the manufacturer. They didn’t have to go above and beyond for us but they did!!
These are true professionals and you know that unlike others who will happily take your money but offer sub par follow up when things go wrong, that Hieline offers 100% customer service.
They didn’t even ask me to give them a great review although they’d done a great job addressing our problem. That’s how I know that they are the real deal.
I highly recommend this store to anyone with their medical equipment needs.

In the worst of times, Hieline was amazing. Everything went smoothly from setting up the order to delivery and pickup. Andrew delivered the hospital bed and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything! I would highly recommend Hieline to anyone!

I called about a month ago and rented a bed for my dad who came from OKC to my brother's house in Plano for treatment. When he arrived, the bed was very small and uncomfortable for him, so he chose to sleep in the recliner instead. The next day he got admitted into hospital and stayed there for 3 weeks, when he got discharged, I reminded of the uncomfortable bed. So I called and returned it on the 11th, which i was told that I call a day late because it's due on the 10th. Because I called it one day after the due date, I was charged $75 dollars extra on top of the 1 month rent that I paid for not using the bed. I tried to explain and asked for the $75 wave since it's one day be late. I was told that they have done me a favor and not charging me the whole month for it. Then I looked at the time frame the bed was delivered on December 13th, so when I called on the 11th for pick it was a full month. I called back to explain and ask just for $75 back. And I was told that I rented by the week not the month even though when I called to rent it. I was told a month. Also they wasn't able to pick up the bed until the 16th of January and they said that I got a week worth of usage and that I'm only charge $75 and that's them doing me a favor. They said they have to follow the book and book said to charge $75. In short paying a total of $325 (~$250/month+$75/1 day) for something that is uncomfortable and not able to use is really unfair. All I asked was for $75 back (not $250) yet they still didn't want that even though I was told that it's a month rental and It's not a month yet when I called. When I called and talk him about it and he told me it's 4 weeks rental, not 1 month. Yet several time in the conversation, he mentioned that it's a month rent. Watch out!! What they said isn't what on paper, which b/c i'm in OKC I wasn't getting the document, my brother was the one that sign for me. He told me that the document said 4 weeks. I wouldn't do business with them again because they said one thing on the phone, put something else on paper and don't even have a human understanding of the situation.

Great customer service! Had issue with Pride scooter purchased just over a year ago. Hieline staff found the problem quickly and owner/staff motivated the factory to send repair part ASAP. My 95 year-old Dad and I really appreciated all the effort they put into fixing this problem as quickly as they did.

We were told by this store that if we would be reimbursed by medicare when we purchased an electric scooter. We submitted and were declined by medicare because this company is not approved supplier. They misrepresented themselves and we spent 1700 dollars which we can't get reimbursed for. I called the owner and spoke with him and he told me that medicare was lying to me. He was no help and declined to help in any way. I asked him for at least a partial refund and he told me that he would not do that. I should have checked with medicare first but didn't think a supplier like this would just lie to us. I would not recommend buying from these people simply because of their lack of honesty and integrity.

I wish I would’ve read the BBB complaints against this company before renting from them. I was taken advantage of by them for an extra week of a wheelchair rental which I did not have . Some how they even convinced my bank they did right . They stole my money 255.00 . I am on disability It’ll take months to catch up on bills I can’t pay cause they are dishonest company. Oh they did offer me back 50 but when I disputed with my bank they took the entire 255 . Just beware if you use their service…. This is in response to todays bold face lie I did not have the wheelchair for 2 weeks and this is being written by Julia ruel of Dallas texas try again keep calling me a liar oh and like my daughter told you it is on camera both the drop off and pick up time and date stamped not by us but by the company we bought the cameras from !!!! Come up with another lie
