I shop at this location often and I just wanted it to be known that there is a manager here who is not customer service friendly. I can count at least 4 times I’ve seen her interact with the employees and it’s just gross! She’s rude, she’s loud, and she walks around with a scowl on her face. It won’t keep me from shopping there but it makes me feel bad for the employees. Other Hobby Lobby locations the staff is very warm and welcoming. The staff at this location always looks defeated.

I love the store but I asked for an item I needed 1 more and they told me that they could only sell me what was on the shelf and I wonder how a store so beautiful and with so many things can tell me that they only have one item in the rest store I love the store

The lines are way too long. Also, I just realized I got charged twice for 2 items while returning some of the other items.
The receipt has multiple line items with the same code and can't really track it.
It would be nice to not be charged for something I did not purchase. I am not happy about this.

I normally go to the hobby lobby in prosper but because this one was closes to my work I decided to go here …..
Safe to say I’ll just be driving an hour to go to my normal one 😂 🤦♀️
Employees are hella rude
No one greeted us walking in like the other location do …. Even when they’re super busy they’ll greet us…. This location at the time we walked in was dead! No one was checking out…. 4 people standing around on their phones…. Didn’t bother greeting us let alone looking up to see who walked in!

Did everything sloppy
Throw ideas in bag
Didn’t bother asking the standard question “how was your day…. Did you find everything ok”
Even when i said “hello how is your day”
She just gave me a dumb look and gave me a one word answer
Even the front manger that was there (July 3 at 5:30pm/6pm) didn’t even SMILE
just stood there staring at people with a “pissed off” look. Like this guy hated his job…. Meanest and rudest face ever
Even when I said “bye have a good night”
He didn’t say anything just a rude look
Clearly this location needs to work on its people / customers skills
