I came in the store for the first time last week. I was there to try and find the right dog food for my dachshund named Roscoe. He is a very picky eater and was uncertain about what to get him. I must have looked confused when an assistant named Rosie offered to help me. She had such a great attitude and a friendly smile. Her recommendation was exactly what Roscoe needed. I've never seen Roscoe so happy and content. I'm now a new lifelong customer of Hollywood Feed. Thank you, Rosie.

The crew here at Hollywood Feed Park & Preston are amazing and awesome. (Forgive me Ladies - I forgot your names. But I didn’t forget your exceptional customer service!) I had to get a new harness for my little chunk (an Australian Cattle dog mix, which everyone *knows* is a breed known for their passivity and docility. HAHAHAHA!) Oreo was being stubborn but she was able to help us try on a new harness that fit! Then when we were checking out - another associate helped us. Because Oreo discovered that there was a store dog and he wanted to meet the store dog. (We’re working on his manners and that all dogs do not necessarily want to meet him.) But she helped me with the Self Checkout so that we could be on our way.

Staff is always helpful and truly appreciate service, for example taking my near 30 lb dog food bag to my car! When my dog’s usual brand of dog food was discontinued (by supplier) staff recommended a different brand with ingredients very close to what he was used to/- can’t get that type of service at other competitors ( the big chains anyway).

I always shop for my little dog Lucy at Hollywood feed everyone so very helpful and they always have what I’m looking for. When I order things online, the delivery is very prompt and always correct.

Annika was amazing! My address wasn’t showing up for same-day delivery, and she took the time to call support and get it fixed. Thanks to her, I can get my dog food delivered now—great customer service!!!

I stopped by Hollywood Feed Plano yesterday to pick up some chewables and toys for our new puppy, and I had such a great experience! Alice was incredibly helpful — she answered all my questions and guided me to the perfect toy and suggested a perfect food for our puppy. She also shared some really useful tips to help with teething and chewing habits. Excellent customer service and a wonderful shopping experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🐶💛
