I ordered for closet installation, the representative came home and suggested to open credit card and they offered me 24 months 0% APR. I opened the credit card and made the payment through this. The service provided was notably slow, requiring numerous follow-ups before my closet work was addressed. I encountered significant issues with the credit card department: despite being promised a promotional offer for 24 months, I began incurring interest charges after only 6 months by then my closet work also not completed. When I contacted them, assurances were made for rectification, but after 3 months, they claimed the promotional offer was declined and offered no assistance in waiving off the accrued interest charges. Consequently, I opted to close the credit card account. Unfortunately, the management proved unhelpful and did not meet my expectations. It felt as though they were content with my decision to close the card and settle the outstanding amount. I hope after seeing this review they will be more cautious and helpful to other customers at least.

Went there to meet my contractor & was approached by a worker promoting free hvac consultations. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with the tech. Come the day of the appointment, no one showed up. Later that day I received a call that the tech was out with covid & Home Depot scheduled me again for another day with a different tech. As I type this its already 30 minutes past the time that the tech was scheduled to arrive. Another no-show & no call to say they were late or canceling. This property is 40 minutes from where I currently live, so it has been quite the inconvenience. If Home Depot calls to reschedule, I will not!!! ???

I came in to buy a milwaukee 18v router. The clerk skipped my option to have the receipt emailed to me although I've been a regular client of home depot for a long time and my email is linked to my credit and debit card. I wanted an email receipt and they refunded my initial purchase, but my bank flagged it as fraud when I tried to purchase it again for the e receipt- due to their mess up. A woman by the name of Debby was extremely rude and doesn't seem to understand what a credit score is and how this could be detrimental to one. I eventually called my bank and approved the transaction but may still incur a knock to my credit which I've worked very hard to build. All over a fricken receipt.. she was downright rude when i wasn't even trying to give the clerk a hard time. But she is a poor individual character wise and I hope she gets what karma has for her. Unhappy. And disappointed in the service HD gave me after being a guy who spends a lot here. Hope she Gera some training

I ordered a washer and dryer set 3 weeks ago. The install was scheduled for 12/2 and it arrived brokenThe second install was scheduled for 12/9 which they arrived that afternoon. Because they couldnt get the washer lines to reach i had to get different parts which was fine. I then had to do the remainder of the hook up myself, including the dryer duct and the electrical to the Dryer. I put it through one cycle and it did not drain or spin. Im now having to wait another week for them to come back out to take a look, idk if they left shipping bolts in or what, but i have a family of 4 and have gone too long for the amount of money spent on these machinesIve called them back today only to find out they already got me on schedule for friday, which of course i had. No idea on. This will be the last appliance i buy from this store and home depot, as it has been extre Frustrating

I was a regular shopper of this location. I came in one day to ask questions about a purchase that made and Joseline was at the service desk. She got smart with me from the time I started talking. This location has a new manager who's trying to make things different. You can start by getting Joseline away from your customer service desk and give her something else to do. Your service desk should have your friendliest people there. Her attitude doesn't fit where you're trying to go. 3 of us (customers) talked about how bad her attitude was and how we had other options. One of your own employees walked over and told Josoline that all of the attitude wasn't necessary. She really makes your store look bad.

The experience was great, I bought a Lawnmower & a Weed trimmer while making a visit to The Home Depot on Hampton & high way 20 in Dallas. Customer service was great, an the Sales man was very knowledgeable about the product that I was purchasing. I shall be returning to this location if needed. Thanks for the Lawnmower and Weed trimmer that I bought from The Home Depot on Hampton & high way 20.
