Waiting 45 minutes for a cut, not a good customer service at all.

Don't buy any high price items here or at any other home Depot. They sell these items as new when in fact they are used. I purchased a pressure washer sold as new when in fact it was reboxed. It sprayed gasoline from the carburetor on first start. Totally defective POS Ryobi.
The initial return person insisted that I had to go back to tool rental to have gas removed. Thankfully his associate intervened and did the refund.
Just don't buy any high priced items from home Depot unless you have time and patience to return them and get lucky with a really decent customer service rep.

So hard to get help when you are in the store.

They need to be more consistent with their hours. I’ve been there a few times after nine, only to find them already closed. I understand that restocking needs to be done, but in that case, the store should adjust its posted hours so customers know when they can actually rely on it especially in an emergency. I drove 8 minutes to Lowe’s and they were still open. As advertised.

I am writing to formally complain about a distressing experience I had at your Home Depot #6833 location tonight. I arrived at 5:15 PM to pick up a curbside order, checked in, and waited. After 20 minutes with no update, I called the store to let them know I was outside, and the employee on the phone assured me someone would be out shortly.
At 6:05 PM, an older employee named David arrived at my vehicle. My trunk was already open, and as I turned to greet him and ask if he needed any assistance, David abruptly threw the invoice paper into my car without acknowledging me. He seemed visibly upset and handled the box aggressively. Concerned, I told him, “hey, It’s okay if you don’t want to put the box in my car; I can do it.” At that point, he rolled his eyes at me. I responded by telling him his behavior was unacceptable. As he shoved the box into my car, I got out and asked if there was a manager present. David did not respond.
I then spoke to Richard, the store manager, and explained what had transpired. I expressed how I I firmly believe that David’s actions—throwing the paper in my car, ignoring me, rolling his eyes, and aggressively pushing the box—were unprofessional and inappropriate. I told the manager that I would not leave until David apologized for his behavior. Richard informed me that it was not possible to force David to apologize but assured me he would speak with him.
In front of both the manager and myself, David denied his actions, claiming the wind caused the invoice to be thrown into the middle of SUV my car. When David walked away, Richard whispered that this was not the first complaint he had received about David. He also agreed that there wasn’t a breeze outside this evening.
I expressed my disappointment to the manager and informed him that I would be filing a formal complaint. After a long day working in a law firm, sitting in Dallas traffic for 45 minutes, and waiting for an hour in the parking lot, I was appalled by the poor customer service and the lack of resolution from the store manager.
I strongly believe that David’s behavior warrants a formal write-up, as his actions were unprovoked and completely unprofessional. Because of this experience, I will never return to this Home Depot location and will likely turn to Amazon or Walmart for future purchases.
To David: Thank you for ruining my evening with your appalling customer service. I sincerely hope your future encounters reflect the quality of service you provided

Cashiers at this location are extremely lazy, so lazy all they want to do is scan the item sometimes they even tried to scan it while still on your hand and then they wait for you to put it in the bag your self.

Asked for help to find an impact wrench and someone told me they will find a hardware associate. She told me to wait at the front while she was looking for someone. I waited almost 10 minutes and no one came to help me. As I was waiting, I could see her talk & laugh with a different employee in the paint section. I guess that's a way to help someone out!
I had to walk around the store and talk to numerous employees. Nearly every singl. one told me to they're busy or to go find someone else.
This is an unprofessional place. If you don't want to help, just say so.

Went in to get a wall mount for my mirror and even though I had the aisle to go to, I wasnt familiar with the layout so asked an associate where was aisle 17. He told me after 16 and before 18.
He proceeded to ignore me.
I come from a customer experience background and I can tell you this store doesn’t know the meaning.
I do not recommend coming to this location.

It just feels right buying material here compared to Lowe's.

I want to congratulate the genius who put at least 40 children less then 8 years old in the alley where people try to buy 16 ft long heavy boards. There was work station made for children to play with tools. Everybody was maneuvering with this loads of wood, trying not to injured kids or parents.

This is the worst Home Depot store in the area. There were no professional staff members available to assist us, and we couldn’t get the information we needed. Ultimately, we had to go to the other location on 75th Street. This experience was surprising because Home Depot is usually known for excellent customer service. At other stores, employees are always helpful, guiding you to the exact location of items and providing detailed explanations. If they don’t have the answers, they quickly find someone who does. Unfortunately, this store fell far short of those standards.

I'm not being negative I'm just reporting what I encountered when going to home Depot West Plano off Parker road and Custer road.
Encounter at least five different employees there no one said a word no one asked if I need anything no one even said good morning nothing.
That's fine I just don't understand why there's a need for employees I'm not trying to complain I'm just saying obviously the world has changed when it comes to customer service. I just need to know where the pool I'll just say it was. I found out by licking on the website and telling me where the location was. It was not busy it's early in the morning around 7:30 a.m.. I just want to say, do better.

Night manager Raul walks around in basketball gear with stains and holes in the shirt. Spent 30 minutes waiting for him to show up just to be a d bag and say no about a return receipt and unopened boxes, this guy needs to find a new job definitely not a manager
