Can't use perk points for tool
First they mention you can use it once you return then return day they said you had to mention before checking out asked if I could still use point but they already charged my card.

Always could find all my hardware supplies at this location. This locations is always stocked and the staff would go out of the way provide any help or guidance you may need. Look for good deals over the Thanksgiving and year end holidays.

Very bad service, bad bad bears on the long black hair employee dislikes helping customers, it can lead to poor customer service and potentially harm the business. Here's why and what can be done:
Why it's problematic:
Poor Customer Experience:

What can be done:
Address the Issue:
Talk to the employee and understand the reason behind their lack of enthusiasm for customer service. Is it a personality issue, a training issue, or something else?

Like so many businesses, HD needs more employees like Mar (the blue eye guy aged around 50+). I wish I knew his surname though to make this justice to him only at the Frisco store in Texas. Mark is obsessed with customer experience going above and beyond every i shop there. I don't even try a different shop because of him and his expertise!! Keep the good work buddy!

Can be difficult recently to find help or anyone who understands the store layout very well. Otherwise has been a good store, with staff generally friendly and helpful. Returns area is confusing. Just an open area. Needs to be organized or roped off into isles or something. Also now the main aisle is crammed with merchandise! Difficult to walk through. Unpleasant, feels like Walmart.

Be sure to be completed with Truck Rental pick-up before the hour of hold ends. If it expires during the check-in, fully null and void. Home Depot needs to revise this system. Let them move it to a new transaction or extend.
