I have had great service in the past from this location. But the last two weeks has been a complete 180. Last week I asked an associate for help finding something that was in an overhead area, his answer was just NO. Today I was checking out and another associate (Don) decided to answer questions for me. I know it seems like a small issue to not get an email receipt but this copy goes to corporate for balancing. Not sure what has happened?

Service is nice here, every person will be able to help you.Several options, we chose our washer and dryer, however, we needed to type in our credit card data and we were not available, so, we took the options and bought them online

I came here to get a dolly and some supplies for cosplay. The store is huge and well organized. Each aisle was labeled with bins. The home Depot app tells you exactly what aisle and bin it's in. Sadly I don't have cell service here. I was able to use search history to see where stuff was located. I also asked a sales associate where something was and he was able to help me.

Don’t go to this place, especially you plan on painting. The employee there was very rude and wasted our time. His name was Santi so don’t go to him if you plan on wasting time. He completely ignored us until my mom had to repeatedly get his attention and then said “I’m taking a break give me 5 minutes”. It took 25 minutes instead and when asking when he’s coming back all the staff said “Give himfive more minutes”. When he finally came back, he look at us and chuckled. Then he went to the opposite side of us to help another customer who was waiting less than us. The AUDACITY was insane. So we went and immediately left. If you hate your job that much, then quit because there is no need to waste other peoples time.

My mother sent me over with the mission to find a PVC pipe and a nut for the kitchen sink. These kinds of things are not my area of expertise so I searched for an employee to help. Walking aimlessly for 10 minutes I could not find any help until I flagged down an employee who mainly works in painting who then found someone in plumbing to help me. Casimir was a ton of help! He listened in on a Facetime call to help us figure out what pieces we confidently needed to fix the sink. He even cut the PVC pipe to be the ideal length, I am so thankful that I did not need to purchase a PVC pipe cutter. He walked her through different items and we came to a conclusion that ended up working out nicely. Could not have done it without Casimir! He was so helpful and made the experience less painless.

Wanted to highlight a gentleman working here!Rented a cargo van the other night (Dec 11th) and the gentleman working at Tool Rentals was so sweet and attentive. Gave us clear instructions about return and costs, and said he’d wait up a few minutes afterwards if we didn’t make it exactly at closing time. Inevitably we didn’t, but he was still there and even walked my friend and I back to our cars since it was late and dark out.Hope someone at Home Depot is aware of his character, customer service 10/10!

Always helpful staff, waaaaaay better than Lowe’s. I’ve never had a home project that I couldn’t go to a Home Depot to solve.Clean and well laid out store. Parking lot can be rough with broken glass which sucks.

DO NOT BUY A CHRISTMAS TREE FROM HOME DEPOT!! I purchased a $350 tree in Nov 2022. It worked 1 yr which means it work for 5 weeks! I called the N Plano store at 4600 State Hwy 121, Plano, TX, 75024, and the store manager told me to call the manufacturer. I was told that they will not refund or exchange the tree because their policy is only for 90 days! How wd anyone know if a Christmas didn't work until the next year?! The store manager told me that I had to contact the manufacturer to get parts or a replacement. Well guess what? I purchased the tree on Nov 12, 2022 and the manufacturer's guarantee is for 1 year! Today is Nov 19th, so I am 1 wk outside of the warranty. I was also told to purchase a new tree by the store manager as well on the customer service employee at their 1-800 number. Really? Your first tree worked for 1 month, you don't stand behind the product you sell, and you want me to buy another tree from you! That's hysterical! I have a house full of family coming over in 3 days and the tree that I used 1 time doesn't work. UNBELIEVABLE! I've now called back to let the store manager know that the tree is out of the manufacturer's warranty by 1 week and have been place on hold by 2 different people and have waited 25 minutes without the manager picking up the line. Meanwhile, this is on Home Depot's website. Home Depot value's... "excellent customer service" and "doing the right thing"! That's downright laughable! "Doing the right thing" would be exchange a Christmas tree that has only been used once! "Excellent customer service" is not brushing someone off when the product is only used annually. I understand that policies need to be in place especially for products that are used on a continual basis, but this is a Christmas tree! A 1 star rating is not low enough based on their customer service & the lack of integrity for standing behind a defective product.

If I could give them zero stars I would..spent over 20 grand on a kitchen..long story short, they do NOT communicate well. My installation was going well until the installer informed me that the slab that held the stove was too short and would have to be fixed and installed on another day. So about a week later now, no word on when the other piece will be installed..we are a family of 8 with no stove..I was so nice and patient..they will tell you what you want to hear to rush you off the phone..DO NOT use them. The design consultant also lied about the financing promotion, she also did not answer the phone when called..
