Went for children’s workshop. It’s all free and there were abundant paint and craft materials. It was a great event.

Had a great experience at this location. We received help from Saif in lumber. He was very patient with us as we made our wood selections and assisted us in getting the cuts we needed for our project.

Sorry , You either have to keep your inventory Updated or own the responsibility and treat the customers with dignity. I came here for Ladder, checked in Front Desk, 40 in stock. to my surprise there is none and there is also another customer looking for same. He has driven from other store, as it showed there is inventory. Lady named Andrea store Person - she is rude and very unprofessional. No sign of Sorry....Why did your Inventory lie, If that is Mistake, own it , it is as simple as that.

If you want to research for a future home improvement project or want to purchase supplies for a broken part, Home Depot is a great place to go. There is an abundance of supplies available and the workers are extremely knowledgeable and can point you to where a certain product is located. I have always shopped at Home Depot for home improvement and this location is great.

Had a project in mind for our front porch and it came out great. I wanted to corral my dogs in when we had visitors as the one male dog likes to run to the park. This fixed his little park escapades.

I've been going here for years and really like it.From my experience, Home Depot is far better than Lowe's when it comes to basic building supplies, parts, and tools.I've been shopping at this location for over 20 years and the staff has always been great.

I decided to come to this location to pick up “Arrowhead Brass Female Vacuum Breaker“ which is currently $39 in store and $24.98 at the Lowe’s down the street in Mckinney off of 121. I decided to stop in store and located the item. I asked Customer service to price match and showed her the price difference. She shared that THIS STORE does not price match. My brother in law who works as a manager of Home Depot said that is inaccurate information. Not only do you price match but there is an additional 10%. This item is not only cheaper online but now I really will be going down the street to Lowe’s to pick it up.I called the Customer Service and told her that the information she shared with me was not accurate and that it was BS. She was very rude and argumentative then hung up on me. I’ll probably never go back to this store due to the sheer rudeness and quality of customer service. Every other Home Depot is friendly and price matches even if the item is online.... I stopped by because I was getting an oil change at NTB and came for the convenience factor. I’ve never encountered a bad experience until today. Now headed to Lowe’s right down the street.Pictures added are from Lowe’s that I went to directly after. About a $15 price difference.

I came here looking for some faux wood blinds and pendant lights. The store was mostly clean, and laid out well. I walked around for a little bit searching for the blind isle, I didn’t see any workers around that could help me find it. Once I finally reached the isle with the blinds, I was disappointed. They only had two brands of faux wood to choose from. I guess they prefer customers to buy online instead. After that, I headed over to the light section, again, not many pendant light options to choose from. The lights they did have on display were all very dusty as well. It’s hard to visualize lights in your home when they are caked with thick dust. Unfortunately, I left the store without a purchase. On my way out, there was a very friendly man standing at the door thanking me for coming in. I wished he was around when I needed the help.Overall, I think this store is great if you need basic items, but for more options, you’ll have to visit their store online to get what you’re looking for.

I walked in about 7:50 in the morning... fabulous time to go. There was hardly a soul inside. I was able to walk in and out without a hitch. My only issue is the greeting as you walk in Home Depot stores is non-existant. You're left to fend for yourself, unless you track someone down. The only person who seemed to want to interact and assist customers was the older lady at the self check out. I emphasize "older," because it's that generation that still knows how to work. Thank you, Ma'am ?

Always like to visit the Flower area of Home Depot. Always have something new, I have been looking for white roses for some time and saw them today. Also found a very beautiful plant that was a big attraction for butterflies.

Clean, orderly Home Depot. Like all the big hardware stores, it can be hard to find something without asking someone, but it usually isn't too hard to find an employee for directions. Employee expertise is hit or miss - sometimes they are really knowledgable and sometimes they don't know what the word "irrigation" means and type it into their handheld computer as "errigaton". Sometimes the teen employees tell you gardening gloves are the latex cleaning gloves... and block the doorway outside for 5 min because they were to lazy to stack chairs properly on the dolly and now they are falling over... Generally a pretty good hardware shopping experience and my go-to based on proximity to my house. Wish they had kiosks to look up the location of specific items, and also wish some of the employees had more experience in their area (lighting, hardware, irrigation, etc) but you can ask around if you get an ignoramus and usually find someone who knows more.

Terrible selection for window blind especially considering most of the houses in the area have super large windows and all they carry is smaller window stuff also went to the garden section to look for tomato plant and they're all in the shade and look miserable.

I went to Home Depot in North Plano today, looking for a plumbing part. I had a photo of the item on my phone together with the SKU number. Having walked up and down the aisles umpteen times and not seeing what I was looking for, I asked an elderly employee for help and showed him the picture. He was quick to point out that this was not his department, that the photo details were for central Plano and this was north Plano and that the part that I was looking for would be in the vicinity that I'd been in. I then went to customer service to ask for assistance. A nice young man said he'd get help and to wait in aisle 11. 17 minutes later, my patients got the better of me and I went to Lowes, where I received excellent service, got the part, and found where I'll be shopping for my spring and summer yard. Poor customer service is one thing, but no service is even worse. Home Depot, in todays day and age where online shopping is huge, you need to focus on customer service to bring in the customers or else there will be many more unemployed people out there.
