The sales and purchase experience were excellent. The install experience nightmarish. Two young non-English speaking men arrived to install my washing machine and dryer. I only mention the language barrier because when something went wrong they were unable to communicate the problem clearly, and they did not understand my questions. They did not have the appropriate equipment to attach the hoses to my washing machine. I had purchased two metal hoses, they only used one and did not leave me the other one that I paid for that I could’ve used during the plumbing repair that was required after their disastrous install. They connected the cold water to the hot line, and the hot water line to the cold. Only scalding hot water was available. A plumbing repair to my brand new washing machine was required to make it usable. Consumers you can imagine my anger at having to pay for this additional service that I had already paid Home Depot for. Home Depot, and other appliance retailers are hiring anyone that can lift heavy items but do no due diligence as far as install expertise when hiring third-party delivery and installers. Home Depot shoppers remember to take into consideration the additional cost at having to repair or have an install corrected because the store refuses to hire people that know what they’re doing. The dryer venting was done incorrectly that could have resulted in a house fire. That had to be corrected as well. Home Depot, I recommend keeping your liability insurance up-to-date If you continue to use the installers you are currently using.

Marti Jo Stanley in Kitchen and Bath was FANTASTIC to work with! She assisted us with appliance purchases for my son's first home and took the BEST care. She was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and didn't let us walk out without making sure we had everything we needed in order to avoid returning for missing parts, etc. HIGHLY recommend Marti Jo! :)

Customer service area staff was incredibly rude. I have dull vision and their signage was small and unnoticeable. I walked up with a smile and the woman let me know with an irritated tone that I needed to double back and go to where the line forms (no one was there and I can't see well so I didn't know that's where you have to stand). Then a male with an accent called out "next 'on' line". I wasn't sure if I heard it right so I looked over at him for confirmation. He was looking straight away, intently, in another direction. He called it out again after a while in the same aggressive tone with the same weird staring ahead and away from me, intentionally not making eye contact. I'll spare you the rest but it continued this way-- no please or thank you or you're welcome. No smile. Felt like I was being barked at and herded like an imbecile and a nuisance. It's a slow evening at a Home Depot. There's no reason to act like it's a prison mess hall line.

Staff was so rude and thoughtless I just left. I had a few things was hoping to get but it’s worth the time to find a better place. I’ve been to other Home Depots that were fantastic. The selection of basic things was pretty low as well…never trying here again.

Went here to pick out a new refrigerator after our other one quick working during the warranty. Frigidaire provided us with a credit (RGA#) and told us to go to HD, pick out a fridge and then go to returns/customer service and they could process the transaction. We did just that and the lady in the appliance department and 3 associates in customer service looked at us like we had t heads. Told us Frigidaire was giving us the run around and we had go through Frigidaire. Frigidaire connected me with another store and they said they knew the exact process Frigidaire explained and they could help. They were easily able to assist within an hour of my phone call. This location obviously needs to train their associates better because no one knew what we were talking about and the other store was well aware of the replacement process.

I am downsizing soon and needed a moving truck to haul large appliances.
Steve made the rental process extremely easy. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and all that I needed for this rental. He did a thorough walk around of the truck and also explained the extra insurance coverage. As a single female he made this rental process a breeze. And I sure am glad he showed me where to put the gas in the truck! Lol I never would have looked near the drivers door. I will definitely revisit this location for my upcoming move in August.

Worst location overall, Specially the Kids workshop they ran out an hour before 12, and they start cleaning before the workshop is over, with no good tools
