I visited three times for filing income tax. It was difficult to get good and expected service for a simple W2 filing from H&R Block. They didn't understand properly what things to consider while filling the form for filing. The service charges too high for this kind of service.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this office was frustrating. I submitted my tax documents with the expectation that my tax professional would prepare them for electronic signing. After my scheduled appointment passed with no update, I had to follow up multiple times—each time being told I would receive a response, which never came. I would have appreciated clear communication, even if it was just to say the returns weren’t ready. Ultimately, I had to complete my taxes myself. This was disappointing, especially since I’ve had positive experiences with this office in the past.

A good place to get the bear minimum service, frustrating because after I signed and submitted everything NHAN never finalized it and sent it in despite telling me otherwise and two weeks after I had to reach out to her directly because she just forgot to file my F’ing taxes! I was planning on getting my refund in April to assist with paying my bills however because she forgot to do her job that is no longer the case. Unprofessional is an understatement!

Miss Nhan Nguyen is one of the rude person. Give other people my contact info but when I ask for her supervisor number then she rudely says ' No I will not give it to you ' then she does not let me finish my sentence in-between she talks and when I said let me finish first then right after she says ' Are you done ' and when I pointed out how rude she is then she hung up the phone on me. I have been client for H n r block for years specially the same office but I have never had this bad experience. That lady should get fired , she will make sure that no one will come in this office and everyone will give bad reviews. She is making H n r block loose business.

I do not recommend this location if you have any complexity with your tax situation. My foreign tax credit was not calculated or filed correctly by H&R Block. By the time I received a notification regarding this issue, the advisor who filed my taxes was done for the season and could not help. I had a call with another advisor regarding and never heard back from him, even though I followed up multiple times. I also contacted H&R Block Expat for support, who said they would review my documents. After 3 weeks, they said I should just contact the advisor who originally filed my taxes - which I had already done. Trying to get in touch with this office is nearly impossible. Phone calls are never answered and voicemails are not returned. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

The software they used for filing with an online tax pro didn't work correctly so I ended up having to go to an office anyway.

I've used H & R Block for many years and never had any problems until this year. I had my taxes done and was paying the fee ($180). The credit card machine had been 'acting up' all day according to Jodie at the front desk. I inserted my card and followed the prompts. Nothing printed out so I was asked to try it again. Still nothing. I was asked to try again (3rd time) but I told them I was concerned that I'd be charged 3x. I immediately checked my online banking and I had 2 pending charges already. I was told the office manager would contact me. After 3 days of ZERO contact from the office, I had to file fraud charges with my bank. Absolutely NO contact from ANYONE at H & R Block. Once the fraud charges were submitted to my bank the office manager FINALLY called.

I left my documents with Julie 3 weeks ago. It's been 17 days since I've heard from her. I've left multiple messages and stopped by the office twice. I've had no update on my taxes at all. All I needed to confirm was that my taxes were not lost. Since no one can tell me the status, it's time to find a new place to do my taxes.
