We first walked in to do our taxes and was blasted in the face with cigar and cigarette smoke. I am very sensitive to cigarettes and cigars. I proceeded to do my taxes anyway . Staff was OK . By the time I left, my lungs were hurting . Then to realize there is a cigar bar right next to them connected. I will not be going back to this specific location due to the cigarettes and cigars .

Robert McCullough has been completing my taxes for many years and I will continue to come back to Bob for many years to come. He is always very courteous and knowledgeable and happy to explain and answer all my questions, as well as provide tax advice. I highly recommend him and H&R Block.

Not good communication I was rushed and my taxes were not filed correctly, the rep Ratna had an inability to educate on tax preparation, was not friendly, bad vibe and she just filed without having everything. This was just absolutely ridiculous. But the manager Terry was great he quickly resolved the problem

I was referred to Bob McCullough by a family member. Very happy with his knowledge, professionalism and quick turnaround, I plan to continue using him. I am very impressed with Bob's responsiveness and helpful tips and information, my previous CPA was not communicative at all and really offered no tips or insights on top of charging nearly double.

Satya has done our taxes for almost 7 years at this location. She is so kind and knows what she is doing. Very professional and very personable. Taxes, though hard some times, she makes the experience a lot less painful.

Bad experience with incorrect filings and repeated mistakes based on wrongful assumptions by the tax "professional", wont file again. I do not recommend their services for 1040NR
