While passing through Dallas headed to Austin my Chevy serpentine belt broke on the highway. Romney and his technician was able to squeeze me in and saved me a ton of money on getting a hotel until they reopened on Monday. I’m grateful for his compassion and commitment to his customers!!

This absolute ridiculous phone call with this guy is the WORST experience I have ever had! They had a truck that matched the one I just wrecked, As I was looking to replace it as soon as possible. As I’m talking, he continues to interrupt me, Telling me to hold.
He then proceeds to say I have found a vehicle you’re looking for. I say great! Can you tell me what the details are? As the one I Was viewing on their website was a four-cylinder. As I ask him for the details He tells me I will have to send him money to get the details of the truck he has pulled up! I was just in a wreck two days ago! I need to replace this truck this weekend As I work out of town. Being unprofessional When someone is being very serious with you, and it’s clearly not in a joking state Is unacceptable! Being professional and courteous should be part of your job anywhere you are!!

Transparent pricing, no add-ons. Test drove 2 cars, made a selection and moved to the finance person. They offered an extended warranty and when I declined they moved on without a hard sell. Start to finish was about 3 hours. I felt respected and that I was being treated fairly. I would recommend this dealership to others!
