Terrible! Doesn't honor warranty work, even though they didn't fix the problem under warranty! They charge gm for warranty work and don't actually do the work to fix your vehicle. They expect you to come out of pocket! Scummy dealership and scummy shop! My truck has been at this shop 3 times, and all 3 times, they haven't fixed or have created issues.Update- Huffins is scanning reviews. Called me 5 minutes after leaving the review... He called me saying we need to get that 1 star to a 5 star. It'd be a 5 star service if you had actually had 5 star service to begin with. only wanting to help when you leave a 1 star. You had your chance to make it right. You failed! I would not recommend service here. They have a way of making you feel like your business is unwanted and not as a customer and more like an opposition. Continue ld to gaslight me! I will never go here again!Russell is the only one to make you feel welcomed.It's wasn't 73%, it was 50%/50%. Regardless I asked and asked to do to proper work and if it wasn't for your poor service and maintenance to my vehicle I have a continuing problem that should have been fixed when it was in the shop. Didn't retest the system to make sure there is nothing else wrong. Now I'm stuck with an out of warrant issue that you refused to take the proper steps to fix in the first place. The lack of care and professionalism in the first place derived this comment! Money is more important than the customer these days!I have an extended warranty that I will use, but your insistent unwillingness to fix a problem when it was fixed under warranty failed to perform the test to make sure no other issue was there. After I asked over 5 times to get it tested, and finally, when you did, you found an issue. My extended warranty work will go to an honest and respectable shop.

I received excellent service from start to finish thanks to Keith Overturf. He was prompt in my scheduling, service & follow up regarding repairs. Let's start with the receptionist. Her name is Mary. She was most helpful and took time to listen to the details and was both knowledgeable and pleasant. I mentioned this when I had to call back and cancel my original appointment. That lady too was just like Mary and it was a Saturday. When I told her that I had hoped to schedule my appointment for yesterday, she told me that she would forward that request. What happened? It went as I had requested, because of this second lady and I am sorry that I do not recall her name. When I arrived for my appointment I met Romney who was most capable. LIke the 2 ladies above he was all of that an most competent in getting my work done on my new Suburban. And, today, I am going back for a recommended service he made yesterday. When I find a service department like Huffines on Coit Rd., why would I go somewhere else? If it ain't broke...

Had intermittent starting issues with one of our service trucks. Huffines charged a diagnostic fee and said both battery cables needed replacing and the quote was over $800. wow! I checked a with another shop (that gets the cabkes frim Huffines) and was quoted $535. Since Ed Wallace sings Huffines praises on his radio show I stuck with Huffines for the repair. I got a call from service adviser saying the cables were intalled but, the starter was bad. I asked the obvious question: so it was the starter and not the cables. The service adviser admitted he asked the same question and said they would't charge for the labor to replace the starter. Life is short. I paid and left.

This review is based on the servicing department. Pam is amazing when I called to make my appointment she was very detailed. This review is specifically on Carlos from the moment I dropped of my car his response to every question i asked him was “I don’t know” he calls me today and again every question I ask his response is “I don’t know” but he does know it would take a couple weeks for them to even look at my car. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this dealership

First time visit and I was welcomed by a Service Advisor for my 10:30 am appointment. He clearly presented my service options for the oil change and how long it was going to take.Waiting room was clean and roomy.

It was as simple as seeing the car online. I called the next morning to inquire about the car I seen online. They had sold the one I looked at already but they had the exact same model in a different color that I liked even more. I jumped in an Uber to the dealership and drove off the lot in my brand new 2024 Chevy over all I had a really good experience. The car sales men and the sales managers were all extremely helpful and very informative and had over all exceptional customer service

Awesome purchasing experience. Brian D. was very informative, helpful and never pushy. Also important is there is no markup on the car and no extra stuff added to inflate the price of the car. Once my car arrives, the purchasing process was very smooth and painless. They presented extra services/warranty for purchase, but I never felt pressured to have to get them. Overall a very awesome experienced and if my car drives well, I'll be looking to get another Chevy from Brian again! Thanks guys!

Only left a 1 because I wasn't sure if I left it blank would count as zero or not.Have this service warning recurring intermittently (like every 5 seconds) on my Chevy vehicle - was told they have the fix for it, will run it by the tech in the morning, covered by warranty. However, the next day, we're told that since they couldn't replicate the issue, they can't do anything to it.You're seriously telling me that the service department at a Chevy dealer can't fix a service warning on a Chevy vehicle if they can't replicate the intermittent issue? GTFOH.I will drive two hours for service if I have to in order to not have to deal with the incompetency of this bunch. Atrocious customer service.

Huffines is a great place to buy and service a car. They have a family atmosphere that seems rare these days of corporate dealer holding companies. I have done business with them for 17 years: new cars, car service and collision repair. I highly recommend Huffines Plano for you business.

Super easy experience for ordering my car to taking delivery. This is a dealership that I would recommend to everyone. One of the rare few not trying to knock your head off with fake fees and products. I was able to build my custom Camaro and the salesman Brian was awesome at walking me through every step of the way from the deposit to delivery.

We were all over this area looking at new cars including other Chevrolet dealers. All we encountered were all the bad things we hear from so many these days about car dealers. Then we walked into the Huffines Plano dealership and were SO SURPRISED at what we encountered! From the minute we stepped onto the lot to the time we picked up the new vehicle and after we encountered the most caring, honest, professional staff we have seen in over 30 years! The experience was NO pressure tactics, NO attempts at causing confusion, NO hassles, and absolutely NO BS! It was as if we stepped back in time when businesses treated customers like Queens and Kings and truly meant it.Our situation was not a normal one and we were already under a lot of stress due to current happenings. During that entire time and through the entire process we actually felt like family, part of the Huffines Dealership family. I don't have the space to tell the entire story but when we picked up the Wife's new vehicle first she was astonished at what they did and then she almost broke down crying at how special they made her feel.I truly believe whether it is Huffines Chevrolet, or any of their other dealerships, you can not go wrong with Huffines! How well they treated us boils down to a corporate culture that will permeate all of their operations. You can't do that many things right without a strong corporate culture that believes in truly serving the consumers.

We love our service guy, Keith Overturf. We know that car repairs at the dealership are much higher than with some other shops; however, we trust and appreciate the care that Keith has taken with our finances and our cars, since 1998. A lot has changed there; but, Keith has been a consistent staple for us at this service location.
