Buying a car can be a very daunting task even if you have done all the research on your desired car. I was a bit nervous walking into this place, but was greeted by a friendly smile from Mike. He asked if there was anything he could do to help and I told him what type of vehicle we were looking to purchase. He showed us what was in inventory and let us test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the overall process. He didn’t put any pressure on us throughout the entire time and in fact made it feel like we had known each other previously. My wife and I were really excited about the car and decided that we were going to move forward in this process. Mike made sure to have all the paperwork ready and informed us about each step along the way. His manager Gadi also made sure that our precious car received a fair trade in value. Not only would I come back for my car buying needs, I would be sure to inform my friends/family to come and “ask for Mike and Gadi!”

I would reconsider getting a car from here. They wanted to slap me with an 18% interest rate for a $21000 car, bringing the total up to $35000, despite myself being 30 years old and having paid off 2 cars prior. the reasoning being that my credit was "not visible." I only got it and refinanced it right away with a much fair amount. The sketchiest part is that they wouldn't disclose the interest rate or my credit situation until I already signed the papers. It was a good learning point, and it goes to show that nobody in this world (except your family) has your best interest at heart.

I just purchased a pre owned car at Huffines Preowned in Plano. Beckett was my Salesman. No pressure at all. Beckett answered all of my questions and the whole process was painless. I definitely will purchase from Huffines Plano again. Thank you Beckett!

I bought a vehicle recently here and I indeed had a positive experience from the time I arrived until the time I left. Mike, and the rest of the team took good care of me. I felt 0 pressure to commit to anything that I didn't want to and they were straight forward, to the point; no games. I ended up leaving with what I wanted and I am content.

Terrible customer service in the sales department. The rude, disrespectful treatment of the salesman, towards my husband and I, really left us disheartened and questioning the ethics of this dealership.

Not a bad place to get a vehicle from but was not able to. Due to my previous vehicle having been declared a total loss (May 7-9, 2024), I was on the search for another vehicle. Huffines Certified Pre-Owned was one of several dealerships I visited. The experience was a pleasant one (May 18, 5/18/24) with (name that escapes me) being the sales consultant (one that suggested certain vehicles that were available). Vehicle driven was a 2023 Hyundai Kona Limited. Unfortunately, the vehicle's selling price (and I'm certain the APR would have also not been satisfactory) did not fit my budget. Very pleasant experience. 4 stars!!
P.S. Was able to find a vehicle at another dealership (a 2019 Ford Escape funny enough, 6/1/24). Liking the experience so far.

Bought a car last week and it was a great experience. If you are looking for a no hassle dealership with no additional fees, come here. Also use Bryce. Super straight forward and an awesome guy to work with. They have done some warranty work for me, and have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the work. 10/10 experience

Had a car deal with Doug back in November and he told me they were putting brand new tires on the Genesis. I come to figure out by when he said new tires he meant a single new tire. Brett wasn’t any better and told me I should have checked the tires after getting the car and it’s not their problem. Avoid this dealership at all costs

My 2014 Silverado broke down in Dallas when was there last Friday. Triple AAA hauled me to your dealership. My generator when out. Your service advisor Reggie was great help.

Don't believe this dealer , making sure you check everything , from the top to the bottom not just before buying , also before drive it home too .Bought a 2013 Lexus Ls460 33k miles last week at Huffies , they told me they will do the full details but they didn't . After took it home , couple day after, I had to replace Battery , they put on my Lexus a very old battery from Ford car ( 2019 , i picked up a day after i bought) and rusted , unbelievable . and can't see tire pressure ( not the number , just some dot ) I thought it is normal but it was not , the true is TPMS sensors were bad .First time buy a car at Huffies and never again .
