Currently eating this insanely good hotel breakfast at Hyatt Place. FRESH! SEASONED! HOT! Wake up early from 6:30-9 and enjoy something worth surprising you.I’ve felt since Covid it’s hard to find great service, good food, and caring staff. They truly have that here. Along with hotel bar, fresh selections in the cold case and snacks.The rooms are really nice with real glasses, a vanity sink, additional wet bar, refrigerator, double beds (like a twin XL), pull out couch!This is your sign to book right now!!Rooms: Nice size suite! Double beds could be larger. A twin XL is not large enough for two people. The pull out couch really came in handy.

Even though it is very good location to stay for a day or two I don’t recommend this hotel. Rooms not well structured, no maintenance, no care for already selected bed preference. Very important thing to share is no drain sysyem in bath tub atleast on the night when I stayed.

The guy working the front desk the day before Christmas Eve was absolutely amazing! He took care of a lot for us to ensure our stay was great. First the TV in my sister's room wouldn't connect to her iPad. He made sure to find us a room that would! Then I realized that the air conditioner in my room wasn't working properly. So I asked if I could switch to the room that my sister had because we already turned on the AC and it was perfect in there! He did just that without even hesitating! Give this man a raise! Today I'm here to give him his flowers! Thank you sir for a great stay! We'll definitely be back!P.S.The place is absolutely spotless they clean everything everyday!!! I say spend the extra money for a quality stay!!!Rooms: So clean!

Demarcus is a fantastic guy. Very accommodating and flexible. We had to reschedule a reservation last minute and he did it with ease. Cheerful and attentive. Great service and clean rooms keep up coming back. Highly recommendRooms: Comfortable and clean. Stayed here the night of 11/28, Kenneth the GM was extremely helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. Also, the lady at the front was also very kind with great customer service skills as well.10/10 highly recommend!

We booked a few days here. The price isn't bad, but I will pay more next time for something nicer. The AC is extremely loud, and barely blows out cool air. I could imagine that summer here would be torture. The TV just has a guide for the various networks not an actual listing of what shows or movies are actually coming on. One of the charging ports by the bed does not work. Housekeeping has definitely been in our room. I have perfume spray that I just opened on Saturday, and we came back yesterday to more than half of the bottle being sprayed out, and my luggage case being broken. We have the do not disturb sign on the door. Don't buy anything from the snack area for the price go across the parking lot a couple of feet to the Steakhouse next door. Breakfast ends at 9am Monday through Friday. Today, November 21, 2023, is the second day in the row that breakfast food is completely gone by 8:45 AM, and nothing else is put out. This is the first hotel that I have seen to do this. One of the staff members just laughed, and said be careful about the breakfast food being gone just rude for no reason. That's why I put up this review. Their website is misleading on self-service laundry. There is no guest laundry on site. Unattended kids running and screaming through the hallway every single. Kids in the age group aka pre-teens that know better. Would I book again? Absolutely not. It needs some upgrades as well desperately. The floor and couches need some steam cleaning to remove the nasty stains on them like those four green chairs downstairs by the front desk on the way to the elevators. P.S. there is no security at this hotel. We parked our truck where we could see it. We saw someone follow us to the hotel from a nearby shopping mall. They obviously realize we saw them. They sped off, and we caught them back at 4 AM parking near our vehicle. After, we heard some commotion outside. I sat off the alarm, and the person sped off again. Atrocious!!!

Clean room at a good price. The "bar" is less bar and more like 5 seats next to check in where you can get a very pricy drink. It's still good for a night cap, though.

I made a direct reservation with this hotel for a 3-night stay, specifying my request to split the bill for company reimbursement.Upon arrival, I inquired about splitting the bills, and the receptionist, without making eye contact, assured me it would be done during checkout.However, when I checked out, both the initial receptionist and another staff member informed me that they couldn't split the bill. She had assumed I would make separate payments, leading to the miscommunication. When I asked if I could at least receive separate receipts if I paid separately, they curtly declined without offering an apology. Why did the hotel issue just one receipt for two separate payments?I wanted to speak with the manager, but unfortunately, I didn't have the time to do so.This experience left me very disappointed with the service at Hyatt, as it was unprofessional and unhelpful. They ruined my business trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

This is a good hotel at this price point. I was mainly there to sleep, and the room was generously large with a very comfy bed. I also liked that the AC could be set to have the fan always on, which is not often the case. The breakfast was standard fare, and it was nice to have hot food in the morning. Also a nice touch to have one batch of eggs with cheese and one without.My only gripe, and this won't affect many people, is that the fitness room is very small. I went to use it one morning and there was someone using the one bench with dumbbells. I also had noticed that a couple of the DB sizes were missing. Most people staying at a hotel like this will likely be looking to use a cardio machine, of which there were several. But I ended up going to the local PF instead.All in all, a pleasant stay.
