Contacted them thru yelp with my issue and they responded very quickly. After bringing my pc in, they fixed my issue within an hour, and also pointed out other things that may have caused issues in the future. Excellent service, fair price. Highly recommend.

I have a 2015 Macbook Air that was suddenly giving me a "Battery Maintenance" error message and telling me to book an appointment with the Genious Bar to have it fixed. I took my Macbook to the Apple store at the Park Lane Mall. Had to wait 2.5 hours for an appointment at the Genious Bar. Ugh. I tried to tell them that I just needed a battery and didn't need all of their diagnostics. When my appt time arrived, it took the Apple Tech about 2 minutes to agree that my battery was bad. But, they don't service laptops older than 2017 models. Great, nothing wrong other than needing a battery and all they could do was offer to show me new laptops. Not interested. On the way home from the Mall I started searching for places that could fix my Macbook. My search lead me to the I Fix Dallas Mac & PC Service located at 2109 W Parker Road #206 in Plano, 75023. Phone number is 972-836-7574. I called to see if they could replace the battery in my Macbook. I was told they could, but would need to order the battery. It should be delivered in 2 days. Got the call today that the battery had arrived, so I raced over there with my Macbook. The Tech though it might take him an hour to replace the battery, but was finished in barely 15 minutes. What great service! Laptop is working great now. Highly recommend using their services.

About last week when I needed to fix my laptop hinges I called all these stores to see if someone could repair it, all the other stores said I needed to make an appointment and it would have to cost, but I needed to get it fixed asap, then I called here and they said all I had to do was come in, it only took like 10 minutes to figure out the problem and it took 4 days for him to fix it, for a reasonable price, was nice and to the point. Recommended and thanks again

Take your electronics here!!! By far the cheapest and BEST option. He was so honest and upfront and got my laptop back to me in less than a week. He replaced my screen and keyboard and before I even went to repair it he told me about the possible risks and was so honest. It turned out perfect and will be going back again for any possible repairs I will need.

Wife’s laptop was dead. iFixDallas in Plano diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary replacement parts, and revived the laptop! Very reasonable pricing, great service, and friendly, knowledgeable personnel. Excellent communication! “5 Star” experience from start to finish!

This is the second time I have taken my wife's laptop to this location for repair. The Dell Laptop's battery wasn't charging up. After confirming the battery was in "poor health", I left the laptop with Bipin. He ordered the replacement battery, installed and charged it, and called to say it was ready for pick up the next day! Fast, friendly, and efficient service. Fair price for the parts/labor, but his friendly service was priceless!
Another "5 Star Experience" for me!
