Been using for many years. They used to do a better job and gave a discount over five items. Now the discount is gone, prices have gone up and the clothing doesn’t seems as nicely pressed or cleaned. Definitely looking for an alternative option with these prices and quality . $80 for 8 items is excessive!!

I've been using this cleaners since 2010, they use to be an excellent cleaners, but they are new owners for about 2yrs now and I've had two items messed up, I lived in Plano and moved to McKinney a few years later but still traveled back to Plano to drop off items, but now looking for a new cleaners, any suggestion

GREAT Dry Cleaners! Friendly staff, they always remember me :) Jobs are always on time or early !!! Can't say enough good things. Clean store front, smells fresh & clean when you walk in. The drive thru staff are quick to help & answer questions. I left another dry cleaners because they were incredibly rude when I had questions. The owner & his staff are MUCH more professional here !!!! Even with delicate evening gowns or sweater w/ fur or feathers!

The staff at this cleaners is quite lovely but I would not recommend taking comforters to them for cleaning. We took ours there two weeks ago and it came back so wrinkled that it looked like it had been left inside a washing machine for most of the week. When I took it back and pointed out how wrinkled it was, they were unable to tell me whether they had washed or dry cleaned the comforter. I think they really should be able to determine that. I left it for another week after they said they would "steam it or something" to get the wrinkles out, and picked it up today...and it is still covered in wrinkles. They may be good for dry cleaning clothes but they don't seem to be able to do comforters at all well.

This is the only review I've ever left for any business ever. It was that bad. For starters, of the 7 polo shirts I brought in - 4 came back shrunken so badly I can no longer wear them. We're talking several inches shorter.I called and was told to bring the shirts in. I brought them back on a Monday with my dry cleaning receipt and receipts for the shirts. When I arrived, I was told there was no manager available to help me - and no way to get a hold of one. In any event, the owner would need to look at the shirts and they assured me he would call me later that same day. Fair enough.After 2 days of waiting (and several more phone calls to the cleaners) I finally got a call back from the owner. He told me the shrinkage was within tolerances and that I had probably bought too small of a shirt to begin with. In other words, it was my fault and not their problem that my shirts were now 2" shorter. There would not be a refund for the cleaning and they would not be paying for the shirts.I could tell by his attitude that changing his mind was out of the question. So, I expressed my disappointment in their lack of customer service, told him I wanted the shirts back, and that I would be leaving a negative review. At the mention of a negative review he told me I was now 'threatening' him and he would be leaving a reply to refute my claims. I can't wait to read it! I should note that before he hung up he did say he would refund the dry cleaning cost 'even though we did the work.' I'll report back if that refund ever comes through.Needless to say, I won't bringing any more items to this cleaner and I encourage everyone else to do the same. The other 1 star reviews (there seems to be a lot) are apparently all true.Lastly, the total cost to replace the shirts and refund the cleaning would've been just over $100. Not insignificant, but not a large sum either. They should've acknowledged their mistake and paid for the shirts and refunded the cleaning cost.

This place does not do a very good job at all. I don’t think the store manager Nicky cares about the customers either. I would definitely NOT go back and will NOT recommend this place to anyone. Dry Clean Super Center on Custer Rd does a much better job, and better price too.

Love this place. Staff here very friendly as well as mgr Nikki if i had any issues she toke care of it made sure it was done. I highly recommend this cleaners great services in plano area

We have taken our clothes here for years and they have always a good job. You can get a discount on dry cleaning when you bring in 6 items or more.

Great service, they go above and beyond the call of duty to please the customer. I have often left money in pockets and every time every coin and bill is in a little bag attached to my bag. One great thing they do is communicate any issues so there are no surprises. .

Image Cleaners is a great dry cleaner with reasonable prices. My clothes are always done perfectly according to my preferences, they perform small repairs if noticed, and the one-day service is great for professionals. The employees and management are always nice, professional and helpful. It is the best dry cleaners I have been to.
