The location Mgr, Jacqueline is a very nice. Pleasant to interact with. She was very friendly and helpful with setting up my account. A asset to the company. The facility appears to be kept very clean. I look forward to storing at CubeSmart.

I would like to thank Jacqueline Berry for her assistance, I was having some trouble with my gate code and Jacqueline was coming out of her office and noticed the frustration upon my face and asked if there was something she could help me with. So I explained that their was a problem with my code so we went into her office and she asked me for the code I was putting in and she explained that I had the right code just had put them in incorrect. Thank you for your assistance Jacqueline.

I didn't think to ask her name until I left the Shiloh Rd location in Plano, but she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed today. I'm going to need her to be the CEO immediately. She's customer service personified.

The unit was very clean, everything that I needed was inside the unit when I got there. I love that it’s easily accessible from the elevator. Service was outstanding! Very simple to do everything online and access the unit with the CubeSmart app.
