I would put a minus if that was an option. I had some stains on my saree that and its ok that stains did not come out but the saree was folded pathetically with creases. I have given for dry cleaning several times and usually any kind of laundry service ensures the dresses are also ironed and returned. It felt like nothing was done and the just folded and hung the cloth back and gave it. I should have checked out other reviews for this before going there. Many ppl have rated it 1 star. Pathetic cleaning and care.

This dry cleaning store is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and outstanding customer service. The place is spotless, organized, and gives you instant confidence that your clothes are in the best hands.
A special shoutout to the gentleman who assisted me he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Not only did he handle my items with such care, but he also took the time to explain their process and made sure I felt completely at ease. When I picked up my clothes, they looked brand new crisp, fresh, and perfectly pressed.
It’s rare to find service this genuine and dedicated these days. Huge appreciation to him for making the whole experience seamless and pleasant – I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone!

Stopped by to pick up my clothes for the third time requesting a crease down the middle. Brings 10 or more items weekly or biweekly this was about my 4th visit and 3rd time needing a do over even after having them note my account since they provide a nice drop off bag. They open at 7am it was 7:18 and the manager was just unlocking the door looking like I was bothering g her. This was the third time redo on the same pants and she tells me they can’t press one pair of pants the dropped the ball on creasing them down the middle when they’ve done this previously. Refused to provide a refund and was told the owner or person over her do not like to contact people or have them contact him. After receiving refund she told me it was her fault, but wasn’t they or didn’t ever direct her team to inform me. She never made it clear why they allowed me to pay for a service they knew they couldn’t or wouldn’t provide.Service: Clothes pressing

I recently came in to get clothes dry cleaned that I needed for a trip. The turn around was fast and the clothes were very well pressed! I’m very impressed with this cleaners! They have a drive thru and they give you a laundry bag with your name on it to make the drop off process easier! Kelly was very sweet and was able to tell me the difference between laundry and dry clean! I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been coming to Infinity Cleaners for 2 years already! I enjoy the fast turnaround you bring it in before 1pm and it’s usually out the next day after 5pm! A big order and big items take an extra day or two! I’m a very busy person so dropping off in my VIP bag is a must and I always use their drive thru! My husband likes his jeans with heavy starch and you best believe they stand up on their own after I pick them up! Kelly is very sweet I enjoy our quick chats, she always makes me laugh!!

A Nightmare Experience at INFINITY CLEANERSI recently had the unfortunate experience of having an item altered at INFINITY CLEANERS, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The alterations were a disaster, and their handling of the situation only made matters worse.To begin with, when I received my altered item, it was evident that the alterations were done haphazardly. The final result was an eyesore. Not only were the seams uneven, but they also carelessly cut the fabric on the trousers, a clear indication of a lack of basic tailoring skills and an utter disregard for the quality of their work.When I approached the staff at INFINITY CLEANERS to address my concerns, the indifference and lack of professionalism were astonishing. Instead of taking responsibility for their shoddy craftsmanship, they went out of their way to shift the blame onto me, even insinuating that the issue lay with the item itself. This complete lack of accountability and customer service left me both exasperated and infuriated.INFINITY CLEANERS' unprofessionalism extends to their inability to resolve the problem. They failed to offer any compensation or rectification, essentially leaving me with a ruined item and a hole in my wallet. As a customer, I believe in supporting local businesses, but my experience with INFINITY CLEANERS has shattered my faith in their credibility.To put it bluntly, INFINITY CLEANERS is a business that lacks integrity, competence, and customer care. My altered item, which held sentimental value, is now lost forever, thanks to their shoddy alterations and unwillingness to take responsibility. I strongly urge anyone considering utilizing their alteration services to steer clear, for your own sake and peace of mind.In conclusion, my experience with INFINITY CLEANERS has been a nightmare from start to finish, a grim reminder that incompetence and indifference can thrive in local businesses.

This place is a joke. Paid over $7 with taxes for dry cleaning of a suit/jacket, they could even get the little stain off. Kelly said I would have to pay again to have it remove. Why should a customer pay twice When you didn't do it right the first time. Also, they don't honor their VIP prices on the card. Please take your business elsewhere.

very bad service. I gave 1 jacket(parka) on Wednesday 5/10 @ 10 am and supposed to ready by 5/12 Thursday after 5 pm. It's not ready even by Friday 5 pm. I missed to return this in school and need to pay fine. They take no responsibility and refuse to discuss anything. An offer for compensation? Forget about it!! They fully charged $16.83. When I asked about why it was so late, they simply asked me to leave. I regret going here this time and definitely won't be back.I would put a minus -1000 if that was an option.
