The best auto shop in the area bar none. One of the best group of guys. Sent friends to them and everyone has had great service. Always honest and fair which is always difficult to find with mechs. Never had a issue taken a few cars to them.

We’ve done business with these guys for years now, and not one time have we ever been disappointed with the professional service we’ve received. I shudder to think there will come a time when you guys all retire and we have to search elsewhere for a honest mechanic shop. I pray you work many years and have long life. I had a piece of rubber tubing dangling off of my car and they fixed it in under an hour and didn’t charge me for parts or labor. The scheduling process was very easy. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be recommending them to others looking for car service.

I highly recommend this family owned repair shop. I had several issues with my Truck that ended up taking a few attempts to sort out properly. UPDATE:
Three months after Innovative Auto Works replaced my passenger-side CV axle (with non-OEM parts, against my request), it failed again, causing a fluid leak. I chose not to return due to their initial dismissal of my past concerns - this avoidable nightmare wasted my time and money. I cannot recommend this shop at all anymore.
I recently visited Innovative Auto Works for fluid changes and routine maintenance, and they did a solid job. After a transmission fluid change, I experienced some slipping, but they stood by their work and had me bring the car back to address the issue. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is clear, and they’re reliable for basic services.
However, when it came to fixing a more advanced alignment issue, they weren’t able to fully resolve it. For specialized or complex repairs, I’d recommend going to a larger shop with more resources. That said, Innovative Auto Works is a great choice for standard maintenance, and I appreciate their honesty and willingness to make things right.
