Wonderful amazing service i came in when they were about to close for an alignment and they took me in with no problem ! Ashley & Michael took their time explaining the inspection to me. Everyone is so kind, nice, and informative. They have amazing prices as well you can tell they’re trying to actually help the community. Definitely felt at home. Thank you all !!!

I decided to buy the technician who was working on my husband’s truck a Christmas gift to show our appreciation. My husband went back this morning to get an explanation on why his truck was returned to him with other issues after stripping the interior for repairs. Instead of rectifying the situation the technician put the gifts back in the truck lol. The truck is currently at another Integrity shop, hopefully they make it right. $12k worth of business given to them in the last two months and this is how we’re being treated.

came in for suspension diagnosis, Nick and Khalil were very helpful and explained everything and even showed pictures to me.It was also free of charge and quick less than 30 minutes! high quality customer service and maintenance techs.

Yesterday afternoon my wife experienced a major issue with our 2022 KIA Soul overheating while in route on the George Bush. My wife managed to turn back toward home with stopping numerous times to allow the car to cool down. Our AAA Roadside Assistance recommended Domar Automotive, but in contacting them, I found out they don’t work on KIA’s. However, Domar recommended Integrity 1st & even sent their tow truck to transport our car!
Nick & Khalil provided “over & above what’s expected” customer service throughout the whole process from first contact to completed repairs! Lyft service was provided to me both from delivery of my car to return home. Repairs were completed in a very timely manner!
I cannot recommend Integrity 1st highly enough for your automotive repair needs. Just Amazing customer service!! Thank You, Tony & Sandi deVeau

Nick has helped me get the alignment done after I got the repairs at the collision center. Not just alignment, he also suggested to get the ADAS calibrated to be sure. Sometimes there might be more than one problem. That was nice.
