Refuses to give prices over the phone. Trying to get you to waste your time and purchase on an impulse. A good shop that knows they’re good and that they are not over priced would have zero issue with giving pricing over the phone.

I didn't catch big man at the counters name, but his professionalism was absolutely on point. The guy was as cool as ice and he was very easy to talk to and ask questions too. Stays open till midnight super clean store. Answers the phone! Very kind on the phone and remembered me when I came in. They are also the only vape store within 6 miles of my house, in Dallas, that has a very popular yet specific brand of vape cartridges. Everybody else blew me off completely on the phone. But this guy's company had five different pods so I not only will return to their store continuously even though there's 15 to 20 in between my house and there, but I signed up for the rewards program and I am leaving this review because it matters to me.

The shop owners are some of the healthiest, professional, and good people I have ever met. I go out of my way to bring my money here. I can't say enough. 10 stars
